This is a great hotel, friendly staff, good location but missed it for me. Strong smell of stale smoke in room, no sheet or pillows for the pullout bed and needed to order milk from the restaurant for my daughter. Not sure this hotel is about family vacations.

everything was great got a few noise complaints about toddlers running around room over the lobby need first floor room for little kids since they tend to run

It was a great one night trip for a school event and so hotel got a little loud with a bunch of high school kids but overall it was a nice hotel and clean and located in a good spot for our needs

Dirty, unsafe room. The door looked like it had been kicked in and glued. The carpet was sticky. The pillows were dirty. There was mildew in the shower. The whole room smelled funny and there were a ton of unsavory people walking around everywhere. Not a “family hotel” like advertised. We didn’t even bother staying here and Hotels.com refused to give me a refund.
