Holiday Inn Express White House, an IHG Hotel

I specifically choose a room with 2 queen and a sleeper sofa as we had 2 adults and 3 children. When we checked in, we were informed that they didn’t have any more of that room, only 2 queen rooms. They did put a roll away in the room but it was ridiculously cramped. They blamed it on Hotels.com. I am not happy.

Beautiful property with a great staff! Shout out to Ashley for the amazing job she did! Buffet was good and the room was clean and comfortable. I use a walker and it was an easy place to maneuver. We also brought our furbaby and she was comfortable too. We will be back!

The hotel staff was kind and friendly. I heard a couple complaining about the breakfast. But when my family and I ate we didn’t have any issues.

Every year we travel to for a family vacation. Every year we stop on the way down and on the way back and stay at a Holiday Inn express off of the interstate. This year, we stopped at this Holiday Inn express for the first time, we usually stay closer to Nashville. The bathroom was grimy even the sink was dirty. I go to take a shower, and there’s dirt in all corners of the bathroom. The tub is not very clean, not to mention the carpet in the main living and sleeping area smelled like puke. Because we were only staying for a night, trying to get in and rest before finishing our journey home, And it was late at night, we took our showers quickly, kept our socks on while walking around, trying to go to sleep. The outdoor lights in the parking lot or brighter than the sun beaming into the room, we cannot get the drapes to close properly, and the air conditioning was Never called enough.

Nice place to stay & close to family.

The bed was comfortable, had to ask for pillows and sheets for the sofa bed,felt like we were bothering them. The elevator is a little scetchy and very tiny.hard to fit family and luggage in..great location .smack dab in the middle of 4 hotels.you practically shared the parking lot.price would have been cheaper if i just got room there and not on orbitz..staff was nice ,but very busy.pool wasnt open so cant say much.overall. it worked for a place to sleep that was quiet and safe..would not use for multinight stay..breakfast was a very regulated grab and go..i understand it was covid times but was a little intimidating haveing to ask for each individual thing they held guard the counter.
