Hampton Inn White House

We got last 2 rooms due to baseball group coming in. We were pleasantly surprised, since we were worried about noise with so many kids that were there. But turned out great. Staff were so kind and quick to help. Rooms were magnificent. Definitely would stay again if in area. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming through

We booked our room on hotels.com and put in the comments that we needed a travel crib. We arrive at the hotel around our child’s bedtime and were told that they were out of travel cribs because they only have ONE of the whole 300+ room hotel and it is first come, first served. I said that was a problem and the guy told me I could go across the street to Walmart to pick up something if I needed. Um, no sorry the reason I picked your hotel was because it said there were travel cribs and we didn’t have room in our car to pack the one we had at home plus our final destination had one we were going to use. My child had to sleep on a blanket on the floor.

The hotel was clean. The day staff was great but the night clerk was not nice to us. Made us leave the lobby at 9:45pm on a Friday saying it was closed. We were playing games with the family. Same clerk on Sunday night and there was a different group using the lobby at 10:30 And did not get asked to leave.

A clean and comfortable stay. The only complaint my kids had was the waffle maker was broken and there was not a lot of options for breakfast. The staff was very nice and responsive to any need we had.

Great place to stay. Little pricey but convenient location. Only complaint was the family that let their kids run from two different rooms and being extremely loud until 11:30 pm. That has nothing to do with this hotel. Just inconsiderate people

I am not one to complain, but this was a pretty rough experience for our family. The sheets had blood on them when we first arrived. After we changed the sheets we got some sleep and the next day after we got back the room was not cleaned and we were out of towels and shampoo and conditioner. We had to go back downstairs 3 more times to get what we needed. The staff was rude about it and acted like we were the issue. Just not a great stay for the price.

Our families were in town for the funeral of my neice. We asked the staff if we could have rooms near each other so we could spend time together. They got us rooms all next to each other. They were so kind and helpful to our family.

The bed was so comfortable and cozy. I would have slept like a baby, except for the noise upstairs. Sounded like kids were literally bouncing off the walls at 10-11pm. I was too tired to call about it and the little scamps eventually stopped. The breakfast was good. I would definitely come back!

Stacie from the kitchen staff was so welcoming. She deserves a raise!! She made us feel like family.

The interior felt modern and clean. Beds were comfy. Hot breakfast items (scrambled eggs, sausage patties, and potatoes) were a big hit. The usual Continental items were present as well. The coffee was a little bland, even the dark roast. Our only two issues were 1.) we could hear kids upstairs running around, so if you or your family like to sleep early, ask for an upper floor. 2.) there was no where to hang our towels. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat!
