Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Horn Lake/Memphis Graceland

We stayed three nights. Two kids and two adults. The location is great! Close to restaurants, target, Wal-Mart ect.. Our first night was decent. Check in was easy, fairly quickly and our room was ready. The front assistant was ok, not personable though. Our second day, we left to explore the city. When we returned our room wasnt cleaned, no fresh towels, our trash from the previous day/night was piling up. We asked if housekeeping could tidy up our room, a lady associate said housekeeping was ready fone for the day. She said they didnt clean out because we had the "do not disturb" sign on the handle....which obviously not true. Any parent with one kid or more knows how of a mess they make lol. My husband had to bring the dirty/wet towels to the lady, and grab clean towels, she didnt offer to come get them. Lastly, as we were packing up to leave, we saw a roach claiming up the ceiling!!!! As I was walking out with my kids, they didnt even lift theirs heads up to say goodbye or nothing. My 11 year old son turned around and said " thank you, byeeee". Then thats when they acknowledge us and said bye. The manager wasn't there when we told them about the roach. He tried to give me a credit of 16.00. I advised i wasn't happy with that discount so he gave me 25% off. Pros of this place, the beds were comfortable and the ac kept us cool on really hot days!

Very clean and comfortable for a family stay.
