We booked a nights stay for our family of 4. We paid extra for two queen beds. When we got there, the hotel had overbooked and put us all into a King bedroom without any other options for a room or refund. No apologies were made for their mistake or concerns for our comfort. We were no more than a dollar bill to them.

Tv didn’t work and they said they were sending someone up and they never came. The woman running the breakfast was very rude and told my kids they couldn’t have anymore bacon that there was other food for them to eat.

Great for a quick overnight or short weekend stay alone or with one child. Two major concerns are breakfast options (no hot breakfast) and housekeeping is only available every three days.

The bed was conformable but I got ate up by something in the room i have bug bites all over me as well as my kids. The smell of weed was so bad i didnt wanna come out my room with my kids. The one lady at the front desk was rude. And the chlorine in the pool was so bad it was burning the kids skin. Not happy with the place at all...

The second night of our stay was miserable, kids were running up and down the hallways at 10pm and doors were being slammed all night until 5 in the morning.

Our group was denied rooms upon arrival due to them telling us they gave our rooms away only to find out they had rooms but they weren’t clean because they had no staff to clean them. We were 5 hours from home with multiple small children and no rooms. There were no rooms in the area available. We ended up cleaning our own rooms and making our own beds. The place was disgusting and smelling like weed throughout the whole complex. There were pubic hair in the bathroom and the toilet leaked all over the floor.

Overall, our stay was mediocre. Our room was clean and stocked. However was smaller than what we are used to when booking a king suite. The big plus was the AC worked. The remotes to the tv’s only worked half the time and internet was terrible. The hallways smelled of weed all the time. We were in town with our softball team so we felt this was very inappropriate and unhealthy for our little ones. We were never able to get ice for our rooms because the ice machines were always down. The chlorine levels in the pool were through the roof. When asked about the pool maintenance we were told that the levels are not checked regularly.
