At check in we were prepared to pay the other half of the amount that was listed on Hotels.com but were unaware of an extra $68 in "resort fees" we had to pay, so that was great. Second thing was that one of the reasons we booked was because of the new attractions, which 2 of the three were down for our entire stay. The Kalidescope Lazy River and the new water coaster kept having issues and was going down often. We also upgraded arcade passes to be unlimited and the kids went to the 3d shooting attraction and loved it, but then was informed that attraction was not included in "unlimited". Also, paid for a $4.50 fountain drink, left it for just a minute on the table, came back to get it, it was thrown away, when we asked to get another one a very grumpy person said no. This place is not very friendly and seems like they don't really care about service but by gosh they want that money. Definitely not like Disney or Dollywood, or for that matter, Chick-Fil-A. Guess they're more like McDonalds in that they don't give two rips about customer service. They had a $99 stay again deal and that still wasn't enticing enough after the way we were treated.

The Wilderness is a great place for kids of all ages. My only complaint is so many shops/restaurants are closed at the times you would want them to be open. Example, Stone Hill Starbucks was open 8am-11am!

We spent a night and had a great time. The day of check in we stayed in the indoor water park. After checkout you get to stay all day at the Waterpark with your wristbands. So we went to the out door park. Only suggestion for outdoor park is more shade. The concrete gets so hot on children’s feet.

I didn't realize when booking it was a time share. Pressure every corner you turn. So many people you can't even walk down hallways. Dirty linen from house keeping left in hallways. We felt dirty being there. We went to the indoor water park and that was a joke. Super small and so many kids. I was looking forward to the lazy river until a kid kicked me in the head. Went to get food and nothing open until 5 except 1 burger bar restaurant haha bar the had 4 burgers to choose and chips or a hot dog or chicken sandwich. It was a snack bar. They tie everything to a wrist band including your credit card. So if someone gets you wrist band the have your credit card now. We didn't even stay we checked out 2 hours later it was that bad. To the management some people just want to reserve a room not sign up for your time share. It was a day care. I seen myself there in my 20s when my kids was little. Not now.

Didn't like in order for kids to open door we had to give them access to credit card. Wrist band should do it without not one restaurant was able to use band any way they just asked for room number and wrote it down and I signed. Other than that was a nice stay.

We enjoyed our stay so much we are already talking about going back next year. The water parks were amazing and there was so much for the kids to do. We loved every second of our stay. It was hard for us to leave the resort and go out to the attractions near by because no one wanted to leave the water parks.

This resort was great! Let me just say the life guards are great at their job. So much fun for the whole family. We would definitely go back! But please please do not waste your time with the people trying to get you to buy time shares they are crooks. Jeanie actually tried to get me for $17,000
