Service to check in extremely slow, The picture looks like a Hotel, this was a outside entry. No room service No phone charger They had kids clean the room

Great for families and travelers with pets. Felt safe being outside the hotel late at night and early in the morning. Very quiet. Front desk staff extremely friendly. Will stay again.

Nice property with very large rooms, well maintained, staff were nice and free breakfast was good. Super comfy beds. Good location for Dollywood and dolly's stampede. I would recommend to family and friends.

My husband and I took a trip down to Tennessee. We stayed at 3 hotels during our trip. 2 of the hotels were large chain hotels. We can say, by far, Twin Mountain was the cleanest, friendliest, most economical and, the BEST hotel in which we stayed during this trip!! We definitely will be staying here again in the near future. THANK YOU to all the staff for keeping such a great, comfortable and safe place for families to enjoy!

Very clean, very comfortable hotel. Great value for money. Quiet, lovely pool with a mountain backdrop. Would stay again, had two small children and a dog with us and we all fit comfortably in the room.

Right on the river. Small river, but full of wildlife. Each room has a balcony. We watched a blue heron fly in everyday, a family of ground hogs come out of stump, and lots of ducks and swallows. There was a fireplace in the room. Excellent amenities, except breakfast. Limited seating and food seemed watered down, cranberry juice seemed like kool-aide.

Such a great spot away from busy tourist spots. The hotel was quiet, clean, and my kids loved watching the ducks splash around in the river below.
