Excellent room. It was clean and very spacious. One of the nicer Hotel we have stayed at. Nine pool and kid pool area. Nice Breakfast. Would differently stay here again. Only problem is they were renovating and they took up alot of parking with the construction stuff. Made it hard to fine parking.

My kids and I loved our week stay over the summer! The room was very updated, clean, accommodating and comfortable. We used the pool every day, twice a day, morning and night🙂 So many options for breakfast in the morning and it was all yummy! Great location for our Dollywood park visits, as well as. Denny’s right next door for our late night cravings. Some rooms were being renovated, so there was noise, and the elevators were down at the time of our stay, but neither one of those things bothered us one bit🙂 Thank you for making us comfortable and we will be back again!

I called ahead of time to make sure everything worked before I even booked the hotel. They said it did. I got there had my 73-year-old grandmother and two toddlers we were put on the third floor and the elevator was out of service. I am extremely disappointed.

Great experience. Very clean. Huge shower. Staff was super friendly. Pool area is great for adults and kids. They have a splash pad and a hot tub. Will definitely stay again.

Stay was just ok, adequate Pool was super good for kids Shower, had poor pressure Great variety of hot food for bkf. Alot of construction going on. Noisy

We only stayed 1 night loved that the pool was opened late. Wished there was a bathroom at the pool but it was ok. Breakfast was good. Remodeling rooms nice. I will be back again im local and spend time in pigeon forge with the grand babies. I loved it here.

We were placed on the 3rd floor and were told it was fully renovated. The shower head, shower clear knob, and shower faucet were rusty n dirty. It would appear that the shower fixtures were "original" and not replaced with new when renovated. There was no hot water in the sink. Elevator is on last leg. Rarely worked and there was a terrible "electrical" smell inside. Our rooms door handle was extremely loose and were unable to access our room 3 out of the 5 days were there. Door card was replaced 3 times. This hotel was fully booked as so many for 4th of July week were or we would have left. Due to all of the construction trailers there was insufficient guest parking. I expect much better from a QUALITY INN! My sister and her family have reservations to stay there in September. I told her about your place and she cancelled her booking.

Enjoyed our stay. Concerns of use of children with adult cleaning staff. Cleaning was good. As former Law Enfocement, the use of children concerned me. Otherwise, all was well with the stay.

Very clean and friendly staff! Breakfast was wonderful! The kids and O loved the pool and hot tub. I have found my new favorite place to stay.

starting with the pros because they outweigh the cons pros: on the strip so all of our planned outings were close by. one of the best priced hotels in pigeon forge. good breakfast selection the pool area was amazing for the kids (the main reason we booked this hotel was the poor area) it was also open later so we were able to get back from our activities and still take a dip. the rooms were outdated but clean. as far as cons, our phone in the room didn’t work. we had to call down stairs twice and ended up needing to get dressed and go down to the front desk because our phone didn’t work. as stated before the room was dated, however they were in the middle of updating while we were there. the tvs need a major upgrade. the remote barely worked and having kids with you, the tv is important morning and pre bedtime. i have stayed in hotels where they had netflix and you were able to log in and use your personal account. was really sad that wasn’t an option here. breakfast was great most mornings but did run low closer to 9 and staff weren’t restocking so you had to make due with what was available. the beds were on the lower quality side. not very comfortable but hoping with the renovations they will bring in better. overall was well worth what we paid. looking forward to staying here again after the upgrades.
