My kids and I loved our week stay over the summer! The room was very updated, clean, accommodating and comfortable. We used the pool every day, twice a day, morning and night🙂 So many options for breakfast in the morning and it was all yummy! Great location for our Dollywood park visits, as well as. Denny’s right next door for our late night cravings. Some rooms were being renovated, so there was noise, and the elevators were down at the time of our stay, but neither one of those things bothered us one bit🙂 Thank you for making us comfortable and we will be back again!

We only stayed 1 night loved that the pool was opened late. Wished there was a bathroom at the pool but it was ok. Breakfast was good. Remodeling rooms nice. I will be back again im local and spend time in pigeon forge with the grand babies. I loved it here.

starting with the pros because they outweigh the cons pros: on the strip so all of our planned outings were close by. one of the best priced hotels in pigeon forge. good breakfast selection the pool area was amazing for the kids (the main reason we booked this hotel was the poor area) it was also open later so we were able to get back from our activities and still take a dip. the rooms were outdated but clean. as far as cons, our phone in the room didn’t work. we had to call down stairs twice and ended up needing to get dressed and go down to the front desk because our phone didn’t work. as stated before the room was dated, however they were in the middle of updating while we were there. the tvs need a major upgrade. the remote barely worked and having kids with you, the tv is important morning and pre bedtime. i have stayed in hotels where they had netflix and you were able to log in and use your personal account. was really sad that wasn’t an option here. breakfast was great most mornings but did run low closer to 9 and staff weren’t restocking so you had to make due with what was available. the beds were on the lower quality side. not very comfortable but hoping with the renovations they will bring in better. overall was well worth what we paid. looking forward to staying here again after the upgrades.

It was decent. Room was fairly clean, we saw one huge roach first day but everything else was clean. The beds were comfy. The breakfast was decent. The shower pressure was very low and the shower curtain barely went into the tub so water got out everywhere. The hot tub was warm at best but the kids enjoyed the rest of the pool. Construction was going on so a lot of containers and machinery riding around all day. Overall it was a decent stay and would stay again.

We loved the pool area for the kids and the hot tub. Rooms were dated, but they are remodeling at this time. Close to restaurants and Dollywood.

Besides a child knocking on the door on checkout day around 10:20am, checkout is 11am (looked like he was with housekeeping? Not sure) and a leaf blower going around 10am on checkout day, we were left alone and it was peaceful. No bathtub just a shower, but I probably overlooked that when I booked. Room was clean. On the strip, but didn’t hear any traffic or anything. 3rd floor on the very end by stair case, elevator was on the other side of the building. We didn’t mind the stairs, but be aware we only saw one elevator. Breakfast was decent. Front desk was nice. Overall, it was a good stay. Would stay again if needed!

Price and staff were okay. Not overly friendly but did manage a smile at the front desk. I don’t recommend the 2nd floor. We had kids above us running races till late in the evening. Wife had to wear headphones and I had background noise playing on my iPad and we could still hear then. Walls and floors are not soundproof at all. otherwise it was well worth the price. Elevator worked, ice machine worked and the breakfast was pretty good. If you want to save some money it’s a good place to do that.

The location & proximity to things we wanted to do was great; but the place itself was not very pleasant. For what we were charged we expected furniture that wasn't damaged & the beds were absolutely uncomfortable. They were old, lumpy. You could feel & hear the springs when you moved. And breakfast.......the dining room was VERY small. One large family takes up the entire place. Couldn't believe the size with a place that has 3 stories. We tried to ask if we could take it to our room, but the lady we asked didn't know; so we went somewhere else. Breakfast was one of the reason's we chose this place & we couldn't even enjoy it.
