Best Western Toni Inn

We came to Pigeon Forge to meet up with family and decided to stay a night and we’re so glad we made the choice to stay here! The rooms were very clean! Beds were very comfortable had a great night sleep! The shower had amazing water pressure! We will definitely stay here again!

Short weekend trip but nice stay this hotel is always clean and family friendly. We’ve stayed several times at the Best Western Toni Inn Pigeon Forge.

Convienant location for food and activities. Pool was great. Bed was hard and had a plastic under the sheets like you use on a toddler bed and the pillows were very flat. Adjoining room doors have gaps all the way around such that you hear every sound of your neighbors. Toilet was not level or sealed down so every time you sat on it it clanked on the floor. Felt more like a motel 6 than a Best Western.

Very family friendly, clean, and well maintained. Best part is the location everything is within walking distance. Indoor pool was great for the kids since most places closed by 9pm. We would definitely book again.

The room was very clean! Easy check in and out. The pool was clean and the kids loved it! There’s a Texas Roadhouse right next door and that was very convenient and Dixie stampede is right across the road!

The Best Western Toni Inn has Very Uncomfortable older beds. It was also super noisy in the room! We could hear everything outside, and the people in the room next to us would talk very loud every night till 3-4am about their daily escapades and things I can't write in this review... The only elevator is in the pool area and the elevator floor was always wet. The chlorine in the pool / hottub area was so strong it made my eyes burn. We checked out a day early and got a different hotel even though we had paid for another night that was non-refundable. The pictures and descriptions do not match the current state of the hotel. The Best Western Toni Inn definitely needs to be updated. We will not stay here again and would not recommended it to any friends or family.

Pool was great for grandkid. Walkable to some restaurants.

Our room was spacious, clean, and perfect for my little family. We enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub and the breakfast was a huge plus.
