Don't! Just Don't! Room was extremely dirty! I don't know how they have these reviews! The room was non-smoking, but it reeked of cigarette smoke! Not a place for family at all!

I understand it's an older hotel and so I was not expecting the Hilton . however I did see a few reviews with duct tape on the floor and holes in lighting fixtures but I thought the odds are I won't get THAT room lol well I got THAT room lol 122 it's a shame on the owner because it wouldn't take much to really bring the place up to par the carpet replaced is a must ! The staff was lovely and helpful I felt safe there . The beds was all new and comfortable the water was super hot . everything thing we requested of the cleaning staff was immediately provided. I did not see any bugs but I dreamed that I did lol cus that's the perspective that worn environment brings on .rooms all have fridge and microwave.. I wouldn't stay again unless the carpet was updated and lighting with holes in it was replaced -- but if these minor things was attended to it would be an excellent family place to stay .also the pool is open 24 hours it isn't advertised but very nice to know . The guy named Jay at check in very nice and helpful

We stayed a Friday and Saturday night, we had an adjoining room with our kids. The room was clean and others were quiet. We could walk on the strip to other places to eat or shop. We would stay here again if we come back to Pigeon Forge.

Originally booked a reservation at the Mountain View Inn and family who checked in one day before me was adamant about canceling the reservation because of the deplorable condition of their room. This meant I was making a reservation at the last minute and honestly felt lucky to have been able to get a room at the Conner Hill. The price was affordable, and I was not required to pay a deposit. Overall, it's a good value for the price paid; the hotel is in a good location, nice small pool, awesome parking with easy in/out. The room was a bit dated, but clean with updated fridge, microwave, dresser, hairdryer, and tv. Free wifi. Upon entering the room the air was on and the room smelled a bit damp, but after making an adjustment to the air conditioner, the room was fine. Cleaning was provided when I requested it (by putting a magnet on the outside of the door.) I would recommend staying here if you are on a budget and basically need a clean, safe room for a few days.

Offer smoking and non-smoking (not shown on here), but the staff actually called and asked my preference which was highly appreciated due to my young child. Rooms were clean, but had a mild, musty smell (I assume from the older looking a/c units) though easily controlled with air freshener. Beds and pillows were too firm for my liking, but definitely not the worst. Biggest negative was the bath/shower water pressure was atrociously low. Seemed like the sink had 10 times more pressure for some reason. Overall good for the price and in line with expectations.

The only issue that we had was that we had four people and the cleaning crew only left three towels and washcloths each day. It was that big of the issue as the kids just shared.

Quick family vacation. The room was clean and staff was very friendly and attentive. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. The bathroom was nice and big, but needed a fan.
