We pull up and are told we HAVE TO VALET. Well, we have three kids, one being a baby, so we’ve got a lot to bring up to the room. Completely inconvenient for families. Additionally, the parking garage has no elevator, so you’re doing multiple flights of steps. The beds- horrible mattress, literally paper thin sheets and quilts. Pillows are worse- so thin and cheap they were pretty much pointless. Honestly do not understand any reviews beyond 6, this place was AWFUL! The layout of the check in is dumb, sorry but no other word to describe the setup. You’ve got the entrance, laundry room, elevator entry and check in area all within 2 yards of each other. The plumbing. Who designed this?! It’s impossible to wash dishes in the sink without water spraying all over the back of the sink. The faucet head barely goes into the sink. Again, dumb layout and planning. Not to mention the coffee machine outlet being 2 inches away from the faucet and spraying situation. Genius.

Great stop for family of six dog a road trip. We arrived at 8 pm, check in was easy, staff was friendly. Pointed us to Hattie Bs walking distance around the corner for some amazing Nashville Hot Chicken. Room was clean with extra linens for the sofa bed. We forgot our toothbrush and the hotel had spares at the lobby. Breakfast waffles were surprisingly good and fresh. Area was very walkable for our little dog.

My family and I celebrated my birthday weekend and the suite we had was clean and great for the family. Thank you to the staff who also shared gift bag at my room door with birthday balloons and treats! I appreciated the kindness and great staff, we will be back.

It was a very clean hotel room and the kitchen addition was very functional. A good breakfast that they had ready before 7 am knowing they had a lot of kids in the building that needed to be somewhere else by 7 am. I appreciated that detail. The front desk was friendly and helpful and the room was clean. The valet was also friendly. While I would have preferred self parking, it was very efficient.

After arriving at 2pm and learning that the room still wasn't ready, we asked if there might be a way to expedite things as we had a very tired and cranky special needs child. The check in agent would not make eye contact with me but did tell me that the room will be ready by 3pm. We checked back in at 3:45 just to give them a little extra time. The room was not ready and they hadn't started cleaning it yet. Room wasn't ready until 4:30pm as we had to sprawl out with all our luggage. Prepare for a very inconvenient parking garage situation as well. Did not provide enough towels for our entire group either.
