The property was overall a nice hotel in a city setting. It was overall close to everything without being too loud. The property is comfortable and clean. The rooms are a little small for a family setting but overall it was nice. We would stay again.

The stay was not great. There was several issues. The biggest one was the pool. It was ice cold and there was a lamp off the side of the inside of the pool floating in the water with the electrical cord exposed. The jets in the hot tub did not work. My other big issue was that the only parking option is valet at $40. I’ve stayed here a few times in the past and this was new. There was a few other small issues with our stay as well. But I want to say the management at this hotel (Al Williams) was amazing. He was quick to fix the issues and talk to us personally. For this reason alone, I would stay here again. The customer service he provided was unlike any I’ve seen before. I also want to point off that the bed was very cozy and my family slept great. It was quiet and safe as well. So although we had a not so great experience, I feel this was an off stay. I would definitely try it again. I will also note that the parking issue was partly my fault, as I didn’t read that I’m assuming. So while it was an unpleasant surprise, it was on me. Now, the valet parking was pleasant although I would’ve chose not to use it if I had an option. When we left, the valet worker loaded our bags in the car for us. Again, to sum it up, was not impressed with the stay initially, brought my concerns to the hotel, and Al Williams made it right. I would stay here again. If something is wrong, let someone know! Especially here. I truly believe they will always make it right.

The most incredible part of the visit was the front desk and housekeeping staff. They are polite attentive and exceptional. Parking at the facility is absolutely terrible. It needs to be indicated that parking is $40 and that it is valet only. I did not trust the very young kid to park my very expensive and large truck on his own. I parked in a local parking facility directly across the street for a much more reasonable cost and was able to self park. This is the not reason that will prevent me from returning. The only reason I would return is because of the staff at house keeping. Thank you for your time.

Our family, myself, my husband and our 3 kids, 9,8 & 5 stayed here just for 1 night as we passed through on a 14 hour drive. Was very impressed how clean the room was. We arrived around 10:00pm and the front desk guy greeted us kindly and was quick to help us and get us on our way. The only drawback was the bed wasn’t the most comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again!

Very clean and spacious room. Hotel is beautiful and well maintained, easy to find. Very close and convenient to everything downtown but far enough from all the action on broadway it is very quiet. Pool was very nice, the hot tub was disappointing as less than half of the jets worked. The mini fridge in the evolution junior suite was TINY and did not have a freezer section, just a tiny frozen spot about 6 inches wide so all the food we bought/brought to microwave we had to throw out. They do not clean stayovers unless you call to request. Valet service was very quick but $40 to park a night is pretty steep. The king size bed was not the best but having the pull out couch for my preteen in a separate area with her own tv was worth it.
