This is a magnificent facility but everything is expensive! Crazy expensive! There 2 days and 1 night and spent over $1200 for room, water park, and 3 meals for 2 adults and 2 children. Nothing is complimentary! Even pay $37 to self park.

The ambiance was beautiful. There were so many places to go inside the hotel. My kids (ages 12 & 14) loved that they could explore the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfy. Easy parking. Lots of restaurants in hotel. People very nice. I didn’t like that the boat ride and Soundwaves admission was not included in guests package. In addition, at the soundwaves, there was not enough tubes for lazy river or water slides. Family definitely would go back.

This was my worst family vacation stay at what was supposed to be a luxury resort. They put us on a floor where there was obvious water damage with restoration equipment and fans blowing. I wont be staying there again

We visited the place over New Years and the Christmas decorations were still up and it was beautiful. Truly an amazing place. The only negative thing I could say about this place is if you are traveling with a family and staying a few days be advised that each room has an extremely small closet with no top shelf because that shelf is occupied by a safe and there are only 3 small drawers. So you are living out of suitcases and it is easy to become a mess.

Had three major problems at hotel in three days, Cost is very high. If you don't take the valet parking, which is $48/day plus tax, you pay $35/day plus tax and walk 1/2 mile or mile back to hotel with no shuttle from parking lots. plus a $25/day service charge added to your room cost. I had a bill added to my room from a restaurant in the hotel, that me and my family didn't go to eat. The bill was for $457.52, this issue was handled very poorly, I made a written report to hotel and finally got it off my bill. Many things to do at hotel but I'll never go again. They made my vacation a living hell.

Our stay was great. The resort is beautiful and dining options were endless. “Ice” was amazing and there were plenty other family friendly activities to do. The only suggestion would be to integrate some type of GPS into your app. The resort is huge and the signs around the resort are not the easiest to navigate. That was the biggest complaint we heard from various other guests throughout our stay. Some people find it difficult to walk long distances and if you make a wrong turn in there, you can hang it up! You will be walking around the entire resort. Honestly, other than the navigation, the resort is absolutely amazing!

Wonderful experience, would recommend to anyone. This was a family outing with 10 of us, six kids and four adults. I was surprised that it was not more crowded which made it a lot more attractive to me!
