We felt very welcome from the minute we checked in.. and when asked if she would mind taking a picture of my family in front of the beautiful Christmas tree the front desk lady was very happy to do it!!

We opened our room to a bed that was not made, with hair on the pillow and in the bed after peeling back covers. Then we looked at room closer and there was ants climbing wall by window… really… I just drove all day with the family to get here and relax.. The staff gave us another room, which was good but the first room… I almost walked away demanding a refund. Not sure if I’ll pick Holiday Inn again…

We had a great stay for 8 nights in a suite. The suite has a kitchenette with a mini fridge, counter area, kitchen sink and an extremely out of date microwave. There was also a kitchen table which was fantastic for a family with such a long stay. The downside was that there was no closet rod to hang clothes & we did have to ask several times to get the room refreshed (only asked once during the whole stay). The hotel is directly across from the Opry convention center & mall. You could hear live music coming from the bar nearby but it was never disruptive. Would stay again.

We had a great experience. The free breakfast was fresh and hot. The indoor pool was big enough for several families without filling crowded. The location was easy to get in and out. Overall an awesome time! We will definitely stay again.

enjoyed everything. Grandchildren loved pool. Only negative was the beds make noise, like they have plastic under the sheets??
