Best Western Suites Near Opryland

Visiting with the grandkids of 4&9 ample room for all.

Clean and comfortable with very friendly staff. My kids enjoyed the pool and the continental breakfast.

Our family had a decent stay. Breakfast attendant was a wonderful woman, very helpful and friendly! Decent hotel, pool, and breakfast checked off what we needed for out stay.

The staff was professional and friendly flet like I was staying with family.

We only stay one night, but we didn't have any problems. Perfect room for a family of 4.

The property is tired and in need of updating. The carpet is dirty and worn and the paint is dark, making the areas seem dirty. Additionally, the advertisement said there's a pool (which there is), however, it was closed for the winter (which it did not say). We chose this hotel specifically for the pool. There was another family at check-in and their kiddo was upset at the lack of pool.

Close access to the Oprey Convention Center. Shuttle options not available to that, but there was a shuttle to downtown that was easy and fun. Great value, clean, comfortable and I will definitely go back. I would book directly with the hotel. Had a family emergency and was only able to stay one night of my two prepaid nights. The hotel would've refunded that night but through orbitz it couldn't be done. When I checked it out the rates were the same. Book directly. They didn't even take my credit card for possible incidentals, they just said, Have a nice time, they knew I was prepaid a full night. They were super nice, and chill.

A VERY pleasant trip. Our children gave us tickets to see Frankie Valli at the Grand Ole Opry for our anniversary. A comfortable, clean, and pleasant employees at Best Western made our trip one to celebrate!

One night stay for our family (2 rooms) for Christmas concert at the Grand Ole Opry. Close to everything Opry. Good restaurants. Toured the decorated hotel. Visited the Polar Express ice sculptures. Shopped at the Opry Mills Mall. All Great!

It was a perfect location for families who don’t want to be in the noisy downtown. The Music City Shuttle was perfect and otherwise we walked to a couple restaurants and even the Opryland hotel. The staff was very friendly, especially Renee in the breakfast. She honestly made the trip, she was so friendly and helpful. My son loved asking her to help with his waffle! The breakfast itself was your standard selections, but it was great to have and Renee’s cheerful, smiling face made it worth going down in our pjs for. I would tell anyone going to Nashville to stay here. I had no complaints and was very pleased.
