This was a leisure trip myself and my kids in for a pre season hockey game. The hotel was great!

The pool was great for a few hours with the kids. The on-site store was convenient and we were just minutes from Opry Mills and had restaurant options even closer. They also provide a shuttle service which is a nice addition.

This hotel was not clean. The supervisor was not helpful. We requested a refund or change of rooms but the supervisor told us since we booked through a 3rd party (Hotels.com) that he could not do anything to resolve this issue. The photos attached speaks to how bad this hotel is kept. The furniture was broken and/or dirty. The shower/bath tub did not drain properly. The door frame looked old and beat up which did not make my family feel safe. Overall this was a horrible stay and clearly not something i expected of a Hampton inn near opryland.
