This was a nice hotel near Opryland for our family trip. The staff was friendly and helpful. They served a hot breakfast in the morning, and they had decent parking. The only real problem was that the heater in our room had a mind of its own. We would turn it down, only to have it blast the temperature right back up. We finally gave up and turned the heat completely off, which made it feel OK.

Upon arrival to the hotel, our rooms were not what was on my Expedia conformation. We booked 2 king rooms with pull out sofa beds but the rooms we were given did not have the sofa beds. Two families of 3 and both kids were over the age of 10. Not all families can slee three to a king size bed. Just saying… only one room was upgraded for an extra $75/night. And, when we opened the door to the upgraded room we found old, hard chewed gum stuck to one of the bedside lamps! Yikes! We hope it was just an oversight but was very disappointing. The staff was nice about it and gave us a discount on the rooms. I just hope they figure out who left the gum and deal with them appropriately. Good luck!

This place is excellent! The staff is amazing in all aspects of customer service! The round trip shuttle service to downtown was great! We will definitely stay again and recommend to all our friends and family that are going to be traveling to Nashville! To the entire staff you are AMAZING FOLKS!

We had an easy check in, breakfast was good daily, our room was exactly what we had hoped for, and the location was great. They connected us with a shuttle downtown as well, very amazing service. Staff was friendly, and always helpful. Perfect for my family, would stay again!

My flight was cancelled due to the weather (snow) so I did not get to enjoy my hotel. I had booked a nonrefundable stay which was fine but I really wish that I could have donated the stay to the homeless shelter or something that a family could benefit from my loss.

My children and I just got back home from Nashville. We stayed at Country Inn& Suites. This was the first vacation that we have had since 2019. On a whim I decided to stay at this property. It was beyond our expectations! Very clean, room was great, breakfast was awesome, pool was nice, location was absolutely perfect as it is located just a few minutes from Opry Mills, and lastly the staff especially Tamara was incredibly kind! Will definitely make this our home away from home whenever we go back to Nashville!!!!
