My husband and I wanted to take our children on vacation for Christmas. When booking the hotel for 2 rooms for 3 nights each and paying extra for conjoining rooms, we did not get them. One of our rooms had a conjoining door, but someone was in that room that did not pay extra for the conjoining rooms. When talking to the front desks, they said "oh sorry they must have chexked in before you." If they didn't request or pay for a conjoining room, why would they put someone in that room? It was very inconvenient for our family having to go back and forth from room to room. I understand that things happen in life but when paying extra for certain rooms you should get what you paid for. I will probably not be staying at this hotel again.

Everything was a great experience. All staff were friendly and helpful. We used Valet Parking also, that was a nice experience as well :) The only complaint we had, was we couldn’t use the pool or hot tub because it was closed for the whole day because of an accident in the pool, and that was the main reason I booked this hotel was for my kids and us to be able to swim indoors :(
