Way better than expected! Room was nice. Beds a bit small. Bathroom was nice size for family of 4. Breakfast was great! Only miss is a waffle iron needed Otherwise breakfast was very nice! Fun little snack area at 4 pm w music. Parking expensive but valet was AMAZING! Location is fabulous. Close enough but not right in the heart of party central

It was our family’s first time in Nashville. Hotel was very convenient for walking distance to areas like the Gulch, Broadway, Printers Alley. Breakfast was ok, live music was only once that we saw, valet parking was required and expensive. Everything was ok except the housekeeping. We were there 4 nights 5 days and not once did they vacuum or pick up trash. A pretzel that was already there by the bed when we checked in was there until we checked out. We found a earring on the floor also under the bed. Gum wrappers that my daughter dropped were never picked up. They took the tips daily but left the empty beer cans and coffee cups by the t.v . Not a deal breaker for the convenience of the location but disappointing. One night the elevator was down and we had to walk up 6 flights of stairs. Not fun after walking all day sightseeing. Overall it was ok place to rest and recharge.

Let me preface this with the fact that there were tons of college kids from Florida, so there’s that. Our room door had a two inch gash in the bottom of it, next to the staircase, so we heard every conversation, sound, running up and down the hall of these kids. When we went to the front desk, we were simply told that this was the only room, and it is downtown Nashville (so basically we should expect college kids running up and down the halls at all hours of the night). The room was disappointing, however, I called HOTELS.COM to see how much money we’d lose if we moved, and THEY WERE INCREDIBLE! They found us a place across the street and covered the difference.

The toilet was very nasty when we checked in. I went downstairs to tell the front desk, they sent someone up to clean it but they only half away cleaned it. I also noticed that there was no drain stopper for the bathtub and that the tub would not drain. I went back downstairs to tell the front desk about everything. They said they would send another person up to clean but my family was already in bed and it would have been A huge inconvenience for us. She told me all she could do was take $10 off of the $45 parking fee. Later that night we got woke up at three in the morning by a crowd of people that came into the room next to us. I called the front desk five times to see if they could do anything about the noise but no one would answer the phone. Will never stay here again.
