We stayed here for a concert date. We reserved and paid for a king suite room but they stuck us in a double bed room due to "renovations". When we asked for a discount for being downgraded, they told us that was not possible because we were actually being "upgraded". BS. Dont stay here until you want to sleep on a child sized bed.

We come to Nashville, on average of once a month as our children live there, and this hotel is incredibly convenient to some of our favorite places. The bed is very comfortable, and all we need in a hotel. We will come back again as it's usually very reasonable.

The hotel was great and a perfect location. The breakfast bar was very slow and then they closed and we could not even get a beverage from the bar, but were directed to the market at the front desk. We watched about 40 people come into the area to get a drink or a snack and it was closed. This was Thanksgiving day, but given that the whole city was shut down, it would have been very helpful if we could have sat at the bar around noon and have a bloody and visit with family.

This hotel was perfect for our family getaway. Clean, bright, and every member of the staff was friendly. Location is great: Music row, Bridgestone Arena, and lots of restaurants are within 10 walk or less. Would definitely stay here again.
