I loved how close it was to the bars and restaurants. The hotel is very clean and beautifully decorated. I highly recommend this hotel to my friends and family. I will be back.

Great location. Great staff. But NOT CLEAN. Not a good standard of cleanliness in my opinion. Carpet never felt vacuumed. Also Room service got our order terribly wrong, and didn’t seem to care. TVs we’re old and only had Directv. So when there was a storm, we had no use for the tv when we had to stay in. I would expect some newer electronics in the executive suites. It Just felt old and not upgraded with some things. Like the bedding, it was old and flimsy. Again, the staff was prompt, and the location was perfect. And location is really what you’re paying for here. If you got a wife and kids who are super clean, this isn’t the hotel for you. And I had an executive suite. Not to mention there was a pair of socks on the floor frol the last guest. The women that came with me were grossed out

Awesome view from our room. The property would have been very convenient for adults traveling to Broadway, the hall of fame, or music city center. Parking and traffic nearby were terrible afternoon and night time because of street closures and crowds. Quiet surprisingly given how close we were to everything. Not very kid friendly.

The hotel is beautiful and very conveniently located for anyone who wants easy access to Bridgestone Stadium, or Broadway. We did both and enjoyed how close we were. However, there are a few food vendors across the street at a parking lot, and even on the 10th floor (the highest level), their music was loud. They were out there until about 2:30am. Also, the Executive Lounge was very busy and full of kids. No big deal, but if you are hoping to swoop in on some breakfast or coffee in a quiet location, you are better off paying at the hotel restaurant. Overall, the hotel was very clean, and the staff was very friendly. I would be happy to stay here again!

The hotel was great. The only down side is that it is too close to the music and because of that you’re unable to get any sleep until the bands stop playing at 1:30 in the morning. Summer hours are going to begin soon and music will go until 3:00 AM. Not everyone wishes to stay up all night. The windows need better sound barrier and same with the walls. The hotel itself was beautiful and very accommodating. The vending did not work and the coffee shop was closed. Secuity volunteered to get me and my family bottles of water so we would not need to go back out. Very generous. I rate high on cleanliness especially during COVID. Wipes available to use for buttons. Overall the hotel is a very nice place. It too bad about the music being so disruptive. I thought I was in a mash pit at times.
