We enjoyed our stay! Our family had a mini suite and we would definitely stay again. The breakfast was delicious and the happy hour was surprisingly delightful. People complained about the elevators but it was really not that much time when you think of how much time it actually was, like sitting at a red light. It was perfect.

Fantastic experience all around. The staff were very friendly and helpful, like how hospitality was before 2020. The included breakfast each morning was delicious, hot, and plentiful. The area around has really had tremendous growth, but my family felt safe walking everywhere. The Metro PD force was visible and mobile, which is new from 2018 when I was last in downtown Nashville. Overall excellent experience. Will definitely stay here again.

This property is pricy but worth it if traveling with family who need extra room and close to attractions! The rooftop is perfect for families to hangout and enjoy pool, music, food and great views

We were most disappointed upon arrival to learn the pool has been rented out to a party and closed off to guests. In all our stays at Embassy we’ve never had this issue and it was most disappointing to say the least as it’s the main reason we booked this hotel for a short 3 day trip with kids. When we spoke with staff they said they would speak to management and get back with us but nothing was done. To charge 400 a night and rent out the only amenity to non Hilton guests is poor customer service.

Very friendly staff. Easy checkin. Spacious modern rooms. Free happy hour and free breakfast are great. Short walk to Broadway and many attractions. Great for families. The only downside is the parking. Only option is valet at $60 per day and need to call/text for car 30 min before you need it. Other than that everything else was great.

Excellent hotel with a beautiful room on the 24th floor overlooking downtown Nashville. We were a few blocks away from Broadway (honky tonk row) Ryman auditorium and the Country Music Hall of Fame, which was fabulous. We LOVED the daily breakfast which was included. It was amazing every day with made to order omelets, fresh fruit, made to order waffles, pancakes, oatmeal, mounds of bacon and sausage, juice and coffee. Oh, and lots of pastries!! The staff were all wonderful and so friendly. Every evening we enjoyed the cocktail hour which was also included, and we enjoyed complimentary wine, margaritas and mojitos along with chips, dips, and veggies. Our room was a junior suite which felt luxurious. It was very modern and lighted mirrors were wonderful. The property had just undergone some water issue and hallways were being dried out and wallpapers were being dried out, pulled away from the walls. It was unsightly but we understand that things happen. We used the valet parking. Those guys were fast and we rarely had much of a wait for our vehicle. I didn't expect the daily tax on the valet which ended up being 60.00 for valet and additionally 5.85 tax per day. And, we tipped the valets so that was pricey in our opinion. We highly recommended this property.

My group had an excellent stay and are already looking into returning soon! I’ve already recommended it to a family member for their next trip. The staff was wonderful and friendly. There was a water main issue to no fault of the hotel and they handled it wonderfully.

Long wait for elevators and they were almost always full except once thats why I am still alive and able to write this. Notified valet 30 min prior to when we wanted to leave but still took over an hour to get car. Buffet breakfast was great. Alot of options fresh, proper temp, staff friendly plenty seating. People in general made it bad squeezing in not waiting turn rude taking entire pan bacon while others still waiting in line but guess they were feeding hungry children afar so guess thats ok. Water pressure isnt the best but i dont think it ever is in any hotel. Towels soft large and plentiful and clean and still white like new. Kudos to their laundry service. Would i'd stay here again yes ( when i get rich). Thank you
