My family and i had a quick stay in Nashville. The Hyatt was a great location and wonderful accommodation. We will definitely stay here when we come back to Nashville.
I really wish they sold the pillows- best pillow ever!

This was an overnight layover on our way to Gulf Shores.
Stay was good. Hotel was clean and comfortable. However, door to room kept jamming. At one point my family panicked as they could not pull door open.
Why don't more hotels offer turkey sausage and turkey bacon for breakfast?
Also, hotel charges for parking.

Excellent downtown location, walk able distance to the happening Broadway area and the museums, stadium etc. Parking was a bit confusing initially (you need the valet to sign you in if you don't have a key card) but its so convenient being located in the building so we can use the same elevator we use to access our room and the lobby to get to and from parking. Breakfast options were the usual but decent. Service was great, front desk was polite and friendly, also provided the towels and an extra quilt and pillows that we asked for without any grumbling or attitude as happens sometimes. Very professional staff in my opinion. I stayed for one night with my family and we all enjoyed our stay a lot !

Our trip was ok - not great, not bad. We anticipated it being busy because of the holiday weekend - and that I wouldn’t have minded if the hotel was adequately prepared to handle that many guests. The elevator situation was a nightmare, which led to my family taking the stairs 7 flights multiple times. In addition, the on-site parking isn’t built for the number of cars or the size of cars that come with their guests.
We got checked in ok, but our room didn’t have enough towels (only 2 in the room when they knew we had 6 guests) or toilet paper when we got there. In addition, the housekeeping team skipped our room which led to us having to wait for basic items.

Visiting with family to surprise my son who was on tour for his birthday. It started with waking up to a JACKHAMMER at 7am every single morning. When we asked the front desk about it, they said it isn’t our hotel but the adjacent hotel so they aren’t required to disclose. Everyone was complaining.
Our room was NEVER serviced at all. I requested service at 1130am on Tuesday, returned to the room at 7pm, still no service. I went to front desk and the woman said “I’m just the night shift but I can have towels sent to you.” That took one hour. Had to find toilet paper on a different floor cart. We requested an extra blanket since we were using the sofa bed and didn’t get it until 2 days into the trip. Same breakfast every day, no variety, and just ok.
I requested to speak to the hotel manager and no one ever contacted me.
There are so many hotels walking distance from the downtown area. This one is not worth it at all.

So, this is a great place to stay. It’s close to everything and a very nice place. However it is worth mentioning we were a bit surprised to find a pool full of kids and a swimming instructor holding class on Sunday night. If this is a perk of the hotel that we didn’t know about, great. But some notice would have been nice. At least a sign saying lessons begin at…
What would really have been nice is if we would have been told that construction would begin at 7am and the pipes would be rattling non stop. Not a very nice way to wake up.

The hotel was conveniently located. Everything in room was clean and working order. The pool water was clean but the pool walls were very dirty. Breakfast was decent kids didn’t like it.

The room we opted for was a handicapped room with a walk-in shower for a blind family member. Upon arrival, shower was.. not a shower but a tub. However, multiple grab bars were installed in optimal locations (I'm a OT that does education of safety) so it didnt pose too much of an issue to assist my family member. Though with guests that have weakness/stability issues, that may be an issue. The provided handheld shower head was low pressure due lime/calcium build-up.
The overall room was enjoyable with observed clean sheets, towels, bathroom and what not.
Lobby atmosphere was great with smiles all around with staff.
Hyatt provided parking within the parking garage with the property for peace of mind. Though a bit cramped for larger vehicles.
The free breakfast was good.
Location walking distance from many POI including the titans stadium

I am absolutely horrified. Unsafe place, there was drunk people being disrespectful inside, my kids felt unsafe, I felt unsafe. The staff (specifically Gina was amazing!) other than that, NEVER staying in a hyatt again.
