Hampton Inn Bellevue / Nashville-I-40 West

If you’re traveling with family, especially two little ones like we were, I HIGHLY recommend this hotel. My family and I were traveling for several hours and needed a last minute place to stay. Thankfully I found Hampton Inn and was so glad I did. The minute we walked in we were greeted with a friendly and welcoming face. The check in process was so easy - a huge plus when you’ve been on the road for hours and are ready to call it a night. The room was clean and cool (not stuffy like most hotels waiting for guests to turn on the ac); bathroom was clean and the beds were so comfortable. It was also very quiet and finally the number of close options for eating or getting something delivered was also a huge plus. Last but not least it was in a safe location, providing additional peace of mind and comfort. I’ll definitely be staying at Hampton Inn again in the future!

Our stay was fine- nice room and clean- My low rating kid because the Hotel.com website did not specify fees for pets. They only say “pet friendly”. $75 later we are stuck at this overpriced hotel which I would not have chosen had I known!

The staff was professional and courteous. There was a train that ran at night, which woke up my kiddos. The breakfast was delicious and hot.

I really dislike sharing negative thoughts on businesses but I think this is important for others to realize about our Hampton Inn experience. When we booked our rooms they clearly stated that a double queen slept 5 but upon arrival there were only 2 queens and nothing else (no pullout anything or even a rollaway). I may have overlooked a detail about how a family of 5 were suppose to fit but since the ages of kids were requested I would think it was obvious our family wouldn’t fit. Unfortunately we had 3 in 1 queen bed and my daughter then remembered that had happened to them previously. The young lady checking us in was very kind and sorry for the inconvenience but it’s not right for Hampton Inn to mislead their guests when making reservations.

Screaming children all night, knocking on walls, Punic hair in shower, blood on certain

Was convenient to where I was going, pool was nice for kids to play in and overall was very clean. Breakfast was not so great - bananas needed to be replaced first day we were there and were still out the second day
