We have stayed in this Marriott for several years as it is in close proximity to family as well as the Iroquois Steeplechase grounds at Percy Warner -;t This Marriott is not inexpensive This year was a disappointment - *Parking inconvenience and 30$ per night *Housekeeping every other day *Towels like sandpaper *No bottled water in rooms *No mini bar *No safe *No bathrobes *Requested a non-down pillow, was not provided The physical plant itself was clean and offered a courtyard with a fire pit For the cost of a 2 nite stay we will choose elsewhere next year **The facilitie

This was a return trip to this hotel for my family in town. Loved the Friday night love music in the lobby as a treat—saved us from driving around town to find a place with seat for us to enjoy and visit. This hotel is close to anything you need and it quiet and clean! Worth every cent

This location is perfect for us because of the close proximity to family members who live in the area. It is a quiet safe location. We had to ask for toiletries when we realized (too late) there wasn’t any shower wash in the attached canisters in the shower wall. And there are no little containers on the counter as there used to be in most hotels. The small bottles they brought after we complained were left at our door and we only found them after we called the desk and they told us to look.

Liked the rooftop pool but overall cleanliness was a negative for my family. Obviously under staffed! There was a garbage can that you would use outside at the end of the hall near the elevator...that was strange and gross. Few staff that were there were friendly. Allowing dogs in any room was a strange policy. My wife and daughter have allergies and noticed it right away in our room that an animal had been in it.
