I booked this hotel back in 12/23, for a stay last week, for 11 total family members, & our dog, for my daughter’s college graduation weekend. 4 hours before checkin, we received a call from Sonesta saying they overbooked & would not have either of our 2 suites for us. I asked what they were going to do for us, & he said we can’t do anything, BUT not to worry. I needed to call Expedia (hotels.com) & they would find me a comparable or better accommodation in the same area AND that it was to be charged to Sonesta…that they would cover it as long as it was another hotels.com property. I called Expedia & for 3 hours they failed at finding anything available, let alone comparable. Everything was sold out. We looked elsewhere…VRBO, Airbnb, hotel websites, & found very little. But if we wanted it to be covered, it had to be through hotels.com. I found a hotel further away in Franklin, that looked questionable & we would all be split up. BUT, at least we would have somewhere to stay & sleep. So, reluctantly I proceeded with the reservation, bc after all, it was going to be paid for by Sonesta. Hotels.com wouldnt honor it & said I had to pay & then get reimbursement from Sonesta, or else we couldn’t proceed. Getting closer to bedtime, 12 hours from home, I paid & called Sonesta back, as they instructed, if we had problems. To which he said, “oh I was wrong, we only pay the difference if there is one. I can’t reimburse you as I said. Sorry.” What?! They messed up & then lied.

Kiemion and Sanche (I know I mispelled) were very helpful, polite and professional. Always asked if we needed anything. Made us fresh coffee when there was none left. They were very friendly. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Terri demonstrated exceptional kindness and efficiently resolved an issue with my booking. Initially, I had reserved a 2-bedroom hearing impaired unit and confirmed it twice, once after booking and again on the morning before arrival, with an assurance of its availability for a 7 PM CT arrival. Unfortunately, upon arrival, the 2-bedroom unit was unavailable. Thankfully, Terri managed to arrange two separate units across the walkway, which suitably met our family's needs. Additionally, due to the hotel's oversight, I was charged only one deposit for both rooms.
The rooms appeared spacious and well-set initially. However, the sofa bed, intended for the kids, was laden with pet fur, indicating we were allocated pet-friendly units (1011 and 1012). Further inspection revealed a partially cleaned bathtub with spots of cloth and hair, and the closet's cubbies had visible dirt and grime. This suggested either a lack of housekeeping or incomplete cleaning.
On a positive note, the location was tranquil, situated about a 10-minute drive from the highway leading to downtown Nashville, roughly 20 minutes away. While the pillows were a bit too soft for my preference, the overall quietude of the area contributed to a good night's sleep. The suites themselves were spacious, complete with a fireplace, although we couldn't figure out how to use it. However, the provision of washcloths and towels was insufficient for three people.

Everything was great - especially the breakfast room & food. I RSVP’d it for 3 separate rooms to have privacy with my husband & 3 adult kids.
The one downside was the rooms were COLD upon arrival - 54*! My husband turned on the heater & it got up to 56* within 30 min. But by morning, it was still only up to 66*. Good thing I had extra blankets in my vehicle! There were no extra blankets in the closets.

The staff was very pleasant. The beds are very comfy. The room set up met the needs of my family. On the other hand, when we needed towels the property did not have any clean towels available, the fire pit was not in working condition, there were roaches and spiders everywhere in the room and around the dimly lit room door. I had small children and these things happen to be important.

For the most part, I liked the space, the price, the location. We had a multiple room suite which was ideal. While we were a family traveling together, the suite afforded us some privacy during our stay.
I did not like that: 1) the kitchen oven was not clean; 2) two of the mugs in the kitchen had coffee stains; 3) the entryway outside of the room needed sweeping or vacuuming; 4) the small garbage cans in the bathrooms were hidden in the cabinet under the sinks; 5) it was hard to adjust showers (either too cold or too hot); 6) it was hard to get shower levers to stay up; and, 7) the big chair in the living room area had stains.
We did not use the oven, mug or big chair. We will stay again, however, we expect our dislikes to be corrected. Thank you!

This place was great for traveling with the family! 2 bedrooms and a kitchen made it feel like a home and made it easy to relax with the kids.

I’ve stayed here 3 times prior to this stay. Every time Sonesta has been an awesome experience. That being said, THIS stay was incredibly disappointing. We arrived at 4:30p and was told that the 2 bedroom suite I already paid for online (reserved through Expedia) was “unavailable due to maintenance.” They had no other 2 bedroom suites to offer. Only thing available was one bedroom. This was inconvenient because I was traveling with my older parents and my kid, which was why I booked a 2 bedroom suite. They gave us rooms beside one another but no discount because I had already paid via third party.
Check in process took 45 minutes.
Our key cards failed 3 times.
Beds were comfortable as usual, and the room was as expected. Nice to have a kitchenette area.
But, overall, this was a disappointing stay experience compared to prior stays here. I certainly will never book a hotel stay through Expedia again

The studio worked well for our family, especially having access to a full-size fridge as we were traveling with food. Breakfast was good in the morning and the staff was very friendly. We found the bed a bit uncomfortable and, especially the first night, the ice maker woke us up in the middle of the night.
