Comfort Inn Athens

It was lovely and staff was friendly and courteous. And Continentalbreakfast was on point . Hotel room was clean and the beds was very comfy. I slept like a baby

We were traveling through and needed a room for the night. This place had excellent reviews and I thought the kids would like the pool. The first room we were given had visibly soiled sheets. We asked to change rooms and were given a room with a broken curtain rod for the bathroom shower curtain. The kids did enjoy the pool for an hour or so. Breakfast was mediocre.

Enjoyed our stay. It was a uiet and the pool was fun for the kids.

Overall it was (again) a good stay. The disappointment this year were a large group (about 4 or 5 couples/families) of people on our floor still celebrating New Years at 5.30a.m when we got up to leave, leaving their doors ajar for the noise to carry through the halls. May not hurt to consider have desk manager or ??? do a quick hall walk every hour after midnight or .....

This was a fantastic find! The check-in was fast and staff were very friendly. The room and everything was clean. The kids loved the pool with the slide. Breakfast was just right. Would book here again!

The indoor pool has a slide that the kids enjoyed! Mini fridge and microwave in the room!

This hotel was very clean, wonderful personal, great pool kids will love. Me and my family had a wonderful stay.

Beyond a doubt disgusted with this hotel. My heart hurts with the customer service we received with multiple calls to the hotel. We had a death in the immediate family and asked just to delay our stay by three days. Expedia offered to help but the manager of the hotel refused to make any changes. They took our $200 and refused to make any emergency changes for us or provide credit of any kind. This was an extenuating circumstance out of our hands. We pass through the area often and will never stay here. If the manager treats such a sensitive case with this amount of lack of compassion, I cannot imagine how he runs his hotel. Disgusted. Will be reaching out to Comfort Inn head office to discuss the treatment we received. Do not stay here. These are bad people.
