After driving for 10 hours with children we arrived to your hotel only to find out they sold our room that I had ALREADY booked!!!! We had to sleep in our car until another room could get cleaned

My family stopped here for a night. Check-In was quick and easy, room was very clean, and the breakfast was done well. Would stay again if passing through the Knoxville area.

The Hampton Inn overbooked and sent me to this HI and they booked me in a smaller room than we needed. Tara the front manager at this hotel worked relentlessly to make sure we were taken care of on our day of arrival. The beds are so comfortable and the kids loved the pool. Very nice staff.

We have stayed here at least 2 times...maybe 3 times, when driving from Illinois to North Carolina to visit family. They are pet friendly with a $25 fee. The rooms are comfortable and the free breakfast is a plus. We ate dinner at a local restaurant called Puelo's which was very good compared to most restaurant chains you'll find when on the road. We would stay here again.

Everything was great! The only inconvience we experienced was, "why does motels have such small trash cans in the rooms". A person who travels with small children and handicapable people has extra items to throw away and we always need to buy garage bags to take care of the extra trash. A medium size can would be so much better and wouldn't be a "eye sore". That's the only thing I would consider not great.

Not bad...the only bad thing about this place is that even the non-smoking room smelled of smoke. We had our baby with us and the smell was just so strong. We had to switch room and then the second room was better but it still smelled.
