The hotel is being remodeled. Room was clean. The coke machine wouldn't take coins so lost 75cents. Called but the hotel doesn't own the machines so have to call the machine company to let them know. toilet was more for a child than an adult. Set low to floor. Pool water was cold. The pool slants from 3 ft to 5 ft so made it hard to do exercises in pool. Beds were high for a short person to get into. Need more hand rails in shower for safety

The staff has been great, very nice and friendly, both evening and morning staff. The hotel, however, could use an update and some maintenance. We needed to use the pull out couch, ended up it was broken- barely usable, but we did anyway. Bathroom didnt have a shower curtain- which i got from the desk put up myself and it was full of hair. Tub didnt drain well at all. Pool was in a weird location -and small- kids were in briefly before we were told they were too loud, but it was located literally across the hall from other guest rooms- I wouldn’t like my room in that spot either. Overall the hotel in general just felt kind of dirty. We stayed one night to get us from one place to another so it worked ok- but I wouldnt want to stay longer than that for the money we paid.

The tv in our room would not work even after calling and asking for help. Our toilet seat, shower and one of the beds were broke . The room was quite dirty. Very unhappy. My whole family was up by 6 am and left at 6:30.

Was easy check in after hours, and I felt safe especially with my family in tow. The room was clean and had everything we needed, however the next room over was throwing a party and we only got a few hours sleep after a 12 hour day on the road. We notified the front desk but felt a lack of urgency as the noise persisted past 2a. Breakfast had plenty of options and staff was friendly. Bed was incredibly firm.

I stayed here with my wife and two young kids for 3 nights. Right off the interstate but no noticeable noise while in the room. Got plenty of options for food nearby and a Food City real close as well. Our room was clean and comfortable, plenty of space for us to set up a pack and play for our daughter. Shower head was a little low, I’m 5’9” and it was right about eye level, so that’s the only real gripe I have about the room. Parking is a little tight, but if need be just use the BW lot. The breakfast is very good with multiple options, and a 4 hour window means you can get seconds. Short drive to the Knoxville Zoo, and the UT campus. I’d rebook if I ever need to be in Knoxville again.

Probably the quietest hotel I’ve been in. I know there were kids there but never heard anything. It was very close to the interstate but never heard a sound. The breakfast was excellent too!

My kids and I stayed overnight here while visiting friends in Knoxville for Fall Break. It was clean and quiet, and the staff was very friendly. We would definitely stay here again!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was great, clean, quiet and fairly priced. We also enjoyed the breakfast. Food was fresh and tasted great. Plenty of options for a picky kid.

Where do I start? We were there for our niece graduation. Our family had about 5 rooms. We ALL had a complaint about our rooms. They all look like they wasn’t cleaned, just straighten up. Beds was hard. Some pillows had pillow cases and some didn’t. There was stains on the pillows. Bed liner was tore / very much used and worn out. Curtains was stained and torn. Bathroom ceiling had a leak stain and the air vent looked like it was about to fall. Our toilet almost overflowed and TV cable wasn’t working when we turned it on. Front desk lady, who was all by herself, had to come be the technician and plumber in between checking guest in. Furniture was old. The pool looked like a low grade pond. This was our issues. Our family had more. If you have to stay here, take plenty of Lysol. Would had went to another hotel but they were busy due to graduation. Feel we should get a refund for this stay. On a positive note: the staff was nice and stayed calm and apologetic for our complaints. The breakfast was surprisingly plentiful.
