I was in town fpr a death in the family. I showed up very late in the evening with my whole family and they were so helpful. Everyone on the night shift recognized that i was grieving, offered so much help to get us to a room, and the valet even helped unload our bags. I was so grateful for the help in a time where i was very emotional

Great experience! The rooms were big with comfortable beds and furniture. Pool and bar area was fun and kid friendly.

The hotel was great! Clean, spacious suite that fit my family of 6. Delicious breakfast that is included and it had allergy friendly options. Coffee spot within hotel had a superb vanilla latte that also had non-dairy options. Pool is only 3ft but ok for littles. Beautiful views from rooftop at the included happy hour. Can walk to Market restaurant area and all that Gay St. has to offer. Close to UT as well. Great stay!!

First I would say that the kids at valet were amazing, super friendly & overly helpful. Front desk was also readily available, friendly & helpful. The only thing I would complain about as a mom of an 8 year old......the pool was closed for the night (it was 4th of July, so understandable) but then we found out the next day that the rooftop pool was only 3 feet deep which was super disappointing. I also chose this hotel specifically for the rooftop bar (so we could see fireworks) but it was closed to kids. It wasn't a huge deal, but I wish I had asked or known.

Overall nice experience. We had a family trip for our daughter’s bday. Great size room:walk into a suite and then bathroom and then room with beds. The tv in the suite did not work. The mouthwash had seal broken already and it says not to use of seal is broken. Had to valet park, convenient if ok paying $30, you just send a text message and the valet brings your car. The hotel has a great decoration and design inside. There are several restaurants on the hotel premises. We visited Mediterranean, don’t remember the name. The food was ok but overpriced.

Our room is really nice and spacious. Very helpful for our large family. Great location. Feels updated and clean. There was something noisy in the night. Don’t know if it’s when the air system cuts on?

Clean, spacious room, great breakfast. Valet parking was very slow, but appeared to be under staffed. Great for families, but is pricy. Great location.
