Check in was easy. Nice young man. Clean hotel. Unfortunately we couldn’t eat their breakfast as my kids are gluten free and there was nothing to prevent cross contamination. But overall very satisfied.

This hotel accomodates dogs, which is totally fine as I love dogs and I've always had them in my family. However, they need to either limit the rooms that are available for dogs or do a much better job of cleaning them afterwards. We had to change rooms almost immediately, because our first room smelled like wet dog. The second room smelled better, but not still not ideal. As a side note, the beds didn't seem as comfortable as other Hamptons.

The young woman at the desk, I think her name was Amanda, was great. We booked this hotel because it met the criteria of sleeping 5 people. It was advertised as 2 queens. Naturally I concluded that this means that there is a sleeper sofa or a cot or a roll away or something. Nope. The "sleeps 5 people" advertisement - which is shown on both Expedia and the first party booking website - was simply not true. They advertised five, but it only sleeps four, and we were told that they cannot give us a cot or a roll-away because of "fire code." So one of my kids ended up sleeping on a pallet of stacked up blankets under the desk, on the floor. Luckily he's a trooper and we did fine and he still got a night's sleep. But this is absolutely NOT what we signed up for, paid for, and were promised.

Enjoyed our stay of 4 nights. Hotel is very clean, fairly quiet, family-friendly, has friendly staff, and nice breakfast selection. Conveniently located near I-40, restaurants, fast food, and gas stations. Our only complaint would be that the nearby RV dealership’s security system was constantly set off every few minutes all night and every night. My son and I managed to sleep through it but it woke my wife up several times. I was well aware of it though because I could hear it every evening when we returned from our day’s activities.

If you have kids and you’re looking to book this hotel because of the pool, don’t. At least on our stay on July 09 the pool was out of order. And judging by the film that was growing on the pool, it didn’t look like it had been working for awhile. It’s disappointing to pay more for a hotel to use a pool and it not work. I wish they had it listed on their site. So if you have car-bound kids who are hoping to get their energy out by swimming, try the one across the street. Besides that, the hotel was clean.

Overall all, our stay was good. The staff at the front desk were exceptionally friendly and inviting. The only negative feedback is regarding the room and accessibility items that are likely out of the staff's control. Given my husband is wheelchair bound, booking hotels can be a very stressful task in itself, especially when it comes to wheelchair accessibility. We booked a king-size room with roll-in shower. The overall description was on point, however the creation of these rooms are not well thought out. 1) The weight of the door prevents wheelchair users to open the door on their own with ease. 2) The shower chair provided is a small, hard shower chair that would be perfect for individuals that can sit down from a standing position, but not ideal for a wheelchair user to successfully and safely transfer on their own. 3) The hand-held shower head is great, however the placement of high up/out of reach is not helpful and requires wheelchair user to rely on individuals to assist with reaching the shower head. I will add that we greatly appreciated the height of the bed, as it was perfect for transferring. However, the bed itself was uncomfortable and the pillows were extremely bad with comfort and/or support. All and all, we did like the hotel overall and would recommend to our family & friends that do not have handicap needs.
