Best hotel breakfast ever! The food was really great - the bacon was crisp, the pastries fresh, and the selection of foods was enormous. The bed was sooo comfy - I slept like a baby! I wish I had looked to see what brand mattress.

When we checked in, our room was humid and had a funny smell. The AC wasn’t working. They immediately moved us to a room and the AC was so much better. The pool was a pinch cloudy bc they had just added salt. Almost nobody was in it so we basically had it all to ourselves. Staff was incredibly friendly and attentive at the front desk, maintenance and breakfast. Breakfast in the AM was actually really good. They have a waffle maker, pancake maker and the bacon was crispy. They also had biscuits and gravy - the kids loved it. Would for sure stay again.

Jetta was the best. She made us feel welcome, and like family the minute we set foot in the door. Greatest customer service I've had in a long time, she deserves employee of the month, bonus, & a raise.

Was it the Ritz Carlton? No. But was it clean, safe, comfortable, friendly staff, convenient location, and have a great breakfast? YES! The rooms themself could use some updating & weren’t perfect but that didn’t take away from the overall stay being enjoyable. My family and I were traveling through & checked in late and the front desk lady was super nice and helpful. The next morning they let us extend our checkout by 2 hours no questions asked so our little ones could get extra sleep. The 24/7 drinks of juice, water, any and all coffee drinks was very pleasing. We would definitely stay here again without a doubt.

The stay was a quick, weekend trip for my family. We have two younger children and we simply showered and slept there as we were enjoying our trip. The hotel was decent enough and felt safe. The hotel itself needs some serious updating in order for it to be considered a clean room. The mold on the caulk in the bathrooms is nasty and the carpets aren't very clean in the rooms or the hallways but that's expected. This truly is a cheapest of the beer hotel on a wine budget when it's game day at Neyland.

Air conditioning is not the greatest. Don’t count on breakfast for your family because the cold cereal was stale and the milk was warm. The rest of the fare wasn’t much better and the staff didn’t replenish or clean up the messes other guests had made.
