This Hotel was a great place to stay. The only issue we had, was there was a group of little girls baseball team staying. They were beyond loud. We couldn’t get in the pool because it was FULL with children.

The room was cool, clean, and extremely comfortable! Staff was helpful and handled my check in swiftly and with ease. I only had a minor issue and that was during check in the front lobby was going through some type of redecorating or something; therefore made it a little uncomfortable while at desk. But my entire stay was a wonderful experience and I will stay again. I would recommend this facility to my family and friends as well!

It was a family trip for 3 days. My family and I didn’t have any complaints. We will stay here again.

I booked this hotel on our long drive back from Florida to the north specifically because it had an indoor pool. The pictures online made the room and pool look nice but as we arrived, you could see the pool was very green from algae and not clear at all. I didn’t want to risk my kids getting very sick if they swam in it.

The hotel was far away enough from freeway to be quiet, and we felt safe in the area. The front desk, breakfast, and cleaning staff were all some of the friendliest I have encountered in the last few years. The breakfast was well stocked and maintained. The room was clean. The mattresses are very soft..I would prefer firmer. The TV is locked down so you can plug your computer or roku to play via HDMI so you are stuck with the basic cable HBO/Disney Jr. That's not great with kids sometimes. The pool is indoor and clean, but in Dec. Jan, It was COLD. Many families were there like us with kids and all kids were shivering after 10 minutes. Some complained and front desk person pointed a laser thermometer at surface and said it is 81. That isn't true. They do keep the room itself around 80, but it doesn't warm more than a top inch of the pool. Once you get in, you realize it's more like 65. It would probably be warmed if they even ran it through the jets more but it wasn't circulating. Many of us look for the indoor pool precisely to give kids a litle winter swim practice. For that, I'll look for a different one next time. That said, we do generally go for comfort suites which are often the best set when you have two adults and three little kids. I would give it a 10 all things considered if they'd address the pool.

I am satisfied with everything and it is very good The only thing is, when checking in at the hotel, we waited for about 10 minutes. There was no one there, and one man seemed to be having a chat in the back. He saw us, but he didn't come to the counter and help us, so I thought the man was a guest like Woochi and called him. I did not. After waiting for over 5 minutes, I tapped the counter with my hand and he came and checked me in. I wanted to give it 5 stars, but because of that, my family and I had no choice but to give it 4 stars.

Upon arrival, AFTER checking in, we were advised that the hotel had no water. The desk clerk didn’t know when the water would be turned on and we had been traveling most if the day with a child (toilet facilities). We went to a restaurant to eat and use theirs. After an couple of hours we returned and fortunately water was on. The hotel has ripped out baseboards everywhere and is nasty. Not enough towels. The TV promises channels that don’t exist. Serious disappointment. NEVER this, or any Comfort Inn after this stay.

We checked in Monday for an anticipated stay until Friday to visit an ill family member who lives in Knoxville. Unfortunately, the family member became seriously ill and had to go to Nashville. That Monday we explained to the desk that we would stay that night, but would have to cancel the rest of the week, as we needed to travel to stay with the ill family member. I asked if any refund could be given as more than 24 hours notice would be applicable to some of the week. I had not expected that we would be refunded all the days/ possibly penalized for the Tuesday, but was not given any answer. I have since been informed that no refund would be applied. I find this to be a total lack of compassion, and a bad way to handle an unfortunate situation.
