Staybridge Suites Knoxville-West, an IHG Hotel

Property needs some major maintenance. Bathroom in the room and near lobby smells like mold . The room was really bad with odor . Property not properly staff to keep clean and have things in good working order . Many long term workers stay here and that is their main clients. Not a great family place to stay .

Nice place with a full breakfast. Everything was clean- so clean that I was comfortable with my baby crawling around our room.

My family of 4 stayed for 3 nights. However, we only had 2 towels. We asked 4 different times throughout our stay to get more towels. Unfortunately, the hotel just kept telling us they were "out of towels". They told us more than once that they would take our room number and put us on a list of those who needed towels. Still... no towels. 4 people 4 days 3 nights ONLY 2 towels Our rooms did not receive a cleaning service throughout the entire stay. We would not recommend this property.

When booking a hotel for me and my family, I specifically look for queen beds, not double beds. This hotel listed their beds as queens, but they were not queens. They were just a bit bigger than a twin. We had two people to a bed and it was so uncomfortable. We did not sleep well at all, making our stay miserable and disappointing.

Enjoyable stay at the Staybridge with a great breakfast and spacious room for our whole family. Bonus was the restaurant adjacent to the hotel with nice outdoor seating.

I slept like a new baby

I traveled with my two little boys, and also stayed at the Hampton Inn a few miles away earlier in the trip. I was most impressed with Staybridge. The room was modern and tasteful. The mini kitchen was really helpful, especially with kids. The vibe was really fun too - incredibly helpful staff, a message board with things to do locally, great evening snacks. I wish we had stayed here for our whole trip. Since it's meant for long stays, the hotel doesn't do a full room clean up every day, and that would be a problem for us after a few days. I like clean sheets every day when I travel, so I'd have to arrange for that. Not sure if that involves an extra fee or not. Worth asking if it's important to you.
