Aloft Knoxville West

Our room is on bottom floor facing the pool and interstate loud. Our room is cold asked for extra blankets got one and no housekeeping done on our second day, big huge yellow stain on our sheets when arrived and the bed is horrible no comfort at all killed our backs and not enough pillows or towels and asked several times front desk to help and I got one blanket. It looks like Temu of decorating very cheaply everything in our room just pitiful and very small room and overly priced for our horrible stay and want be back with having to make several trips to Knoxville children hospital want be staying here again

Property was in not a nice area. Propert itself wasn’t clean starting when you step in rug was dirty . Something was wer( probably pet stain right by elevator with a bucket and a caution wet sign and elevator too. Safety is a concern as anyone can walk in and get in the elevator and go to any room- no safety feature on the elevator. Staff wasn’t welcoming when we came in or anytime they see us. Hallway lighting is very dim. I didn’t feel safe to leave my kids walk from elevator to room alone . Website made the property seem in a nice area which wasn’t. I’m not happy with my 2 day stay and if I had the option I’d have canceled my stay there from day 1. Rooms were very average and didn’t feel that clean

The best description for hotel is “fine.” Not bad, not gross, just bare bones. Bed/linens was OK. Perfect for large groups of kids bc there’s nothing to mess up. This is not a cushy hotel, but the staff was nice and there’s a fully stocked bar downstairs.
