Tru by Hilton Knoxville West Turkey Creek

We stayed here one night on a cross country move with a cat, dog and toddler. Upon check in, we received a very nice welcome - the best we received our entire trip! We were placed on the first floor and right near the door for easy access with our dog! The room was amazing and the shampoo and conditioner are to die for! Having a large grassy area near by for the dog was the best part! Everything was clean and whole not new, in pretty good condition! I only wish there was a tub! The AC worked very well and there was very minimal noise during our stay. The only bad thing was their systems were down due to the power outage earlier that day, but everyone was very apologetic and we completely understood!

Unable to sign in early. I was charged twice for the same room. Manager was supposed to give a refund and call me back which he never did. It was Easter weekend and cause a financial issue with my family that came into town. Horrible experience will never return to the location. Will be reaching out to the better business agents.
