The Staff was Great! The Room was comfy, clean and had what I had requested (fridge & microwave). The pool was awesome and my family enjoyed it and so did I. The morning's breakfast buffet was excellent! Thanks!

We liked the location and vicinity to restaurants and fuel. The place has a pool and workout area that children and adults would like.

Our children got in trouble for being too loud at the pool but staff allowed a full on white trash bash with adults drinking, smoking weed, and talking vulgar go on in the lobby!

I stop in Jackson often on my way to see family in Texas. I always use this hotel as I can count on it to be quiet, clean and comfortable. After 8 times never a problem.

The entrance had a curb in front of the door. To get the baggage cart to the trunk of the car you had to wheel the cart down the sidewalk to the ramp beyond the overhang then back up to the car. When loaded you had to reverse the process. Fortunately it was only misting not pouring rain or we would have been drenched. The cart itself was triangular and barely big enough for our belongings for 2. A family would have needed 2 trips. The shower was nice and large but the 1 sliding door was on the left and the faucet was on the right. This meant you had to be in the shower to turn it on which meant you got blasted with cold water! And the safety rail was next to the faucet on the opposite end of the shower from the door where it did no good. Seemed like the designer did not take some very practical things into consideration. The laminate front edge of the desk was loose. And there was only 1 pod of real coffee.

Being exhausted I went to enter the door to the lobby, only they were locked. I had to carry all my stuff to the other side of the building to enter in another door. BOTH sides enter the lobby! I was very upset over this as being handicapped. Why lock one side of the building? Also, I did NOT sleep all night due to the room they gave me. Room 203. That room should NEVER be given out. There was a loud pounding about every 1-3 minutes all day and NIGHT. I cranked my tv and still heard it. I had my family hear it over the phone! I don't know if it was from all the equipment outside my window (picture) and if that is the case I would think that noise would affect all rooms on that side. But when I checked out I notice my room was next to the mechanical room then the elevator. I did not get one moment of sleep due that that noise! It was awful and I was tired and angry. I was too sore and exhausted to go down and ask for another room and as not sure if I would get another one along that wall. The breakfast was eh. I didn't eat much. It most certainly was a waste of my hard earned money. I wouldve probably actually had a good nights sleep at a much much less expensive hotel.

The original room we booked was somehow not available anymore despite having a reservation. The room we were given was dirty, 2 complaints were made about getting the room clean but it was not addressed. When we arrived it was very late so I ended up just asking the front desk for. Clean linen to change the bed sheets myself. Was there 2 more days not 1 person came to clean our room, ants were everywhere. I ended up doing it myself to keep my family from getting sick. I asked for another room but they didn't have any available so we were stuck out whole trip.

This hotel was a convenient stopping point during our trip. I specifically picked this area (versus the west side of Jackson) for the safety since i was traveling alone with children. The staff were kind and helpful (shout out to Ray for checking in on us), the room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. Kids enjoyed the saltwater pool, although it was a bit small.
