Incredibly accommodating. Hotels.com misrepresented the room. Room I booked was not one pictured in the add. The hotel got me the correct room with no issues. They even had a complementary dog bed for my dog. This will be the only hotel I stay in moving forward when seeing family. It is on the expensive side but we’ll worth the money. Best experience I have ever had in a hotel hands down.
