Last minute need for hotel for business trip. Very satisfied with the location and amenities. Breakfast was delicious, complimentary soap and shampoo were incredible. Lots of kids were here for some sports event (based on baseball outfits they were wearing) but the room was quiet - didn't even realize there were groups of teenagers staying.

Loved the game/open area! Its was great if traveling with kids. Actually, adults played pool. So nice and clean. Had dinner each night in the lobby. Very roomy and good market area.

The staff was friendly when entering the hotel. I received a welcoming text that asked if everything was going well and if there was anything I needed. The hotel was very accommodating to families.

I like the hard floors, modern decor, scented soaps, mural, play area for families.

Friendly staff, good design, very clean. Room a/c very noisy. Some recirc fan ran constantly (even when unit turned off), very annoying!
Lobby comfort, amenities great for families, not good for someone who wants a quiet place to read or enjoy coffee.

Many family members were in town and we were able to visit in the spacious lobby. A special shout out to Lala who was so welcoming and helpful to us. Highly recommend this hotel which was close to several restaurants and a bar with live music.

The room was small but very clean and new. AC only go to 68, so we both got hot in middle of the night. There was a kids soccer team in lobby when we got there all around the pool table, but it was very quiet at night. Spring mattress not memory foam and if there was a pillow top I couldn't feel it. Its like a Holiday Inn Express. Real my only real complaint was breakfast. We got down there at 7am to beat the soccer team, but they were already down there. I don't think anyone bother to tell the breakfast lady, she seemed unprepared for 20 teenage boys. The breakfast has scrambled eggs water was all in it and tube sausage but more on the hot dog level. Then after the boys were done eating she put out sausage like brown and serve. Honestly minus the breakfast it was good.

I traveled with my kids and pet. Hotel was nice. I was greeted nicely. I stayed at another Tru hotel a few days earlier. They offered me water, snacks, and treats for my dog. This Tru did not. Also, there were no bags in the trashcans here. One of thing...the breakfast at the Tru in Omaha was nicer. It had donut holes that my kids really liked.

Overall, it was a comfortable stay but would not be our 1st choice in the future. The atmosphere has a "young" vibe with egg chair swings, bright colors, pool table, & other games in the lobby. The room felt like we were staying with family in their kid's room. Very small, but with a comfy queen bed, desk, large bathroom with a nice shower, and a large tv.
The front desk lady was not very friendly and welcoming, which is unusual at a Hilton hotel.
