We were on a family trip with 12 family members and three rooms and had a great experience. Hotel employees were very friendly with every encounter. The included breakfast was the best I had at a hotel. The cheese omelette was amazing!

We needed a hotel that was close to Fairview, TN where we would be dropping off our daughter for camp. This seemed like a good one, based on pictures, reviews, amenities. My family found it to be comfortable and fun - there is a nice pool and plenty of restaurants in the area for dinner, breakfast and coffee... We ended up eating lunch at a pizza place a stone's throw from the hotel. Nice area. The front desk team who checked us in were very polite and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was okay too.

We were very pleased with this hotel. Seemed fairly new and felt very safe inside and outside the building. Very clean and accommodated our request to keep our family members together. The only reason that I did not give it the highest on all counts is simply that our room was not ready when we arrived which was after the checkin time. Seems like they were very busy and we got in our room after waiting about 20 minutes.

The main issue we had were unsupervised children in the room above us running and jumping around. Normally would’ve been fine but I was trying to get rid of a migraine.only 1 staff member to take care of this. He was great but the company needs to have more people on staff to Take care of these things. Corporate greed.

Near my family in Franklin, clean safe environment. Shopping and dinning within walking distance. Can't think of anything I did not like.
