There's nothing to say about check-in. The job got done. The lobby area had a strange smell that I couldn't place, but it was clean and updated. The gym was tiny and not inviting, basically an oversized closet. The pool was small but clean, and my kids enjoyed it. The elevator often smelled like weed, not the fault of the hotel, but I felt like I was "hot boxing" sometimes. The room was clean and updated but could use some mantainence. There was an area on the ceiling that had been patched but poorly. The paint was a different color and it was very noticeable. The bathroom toilet paper holder was having onto the wall by a thread, and the remote did not have a cover over the batteries. The batteries kept falling out. Breakfast was a high point. Lots of hot and cold options. Clean and kept full. Check out was also unremarkable, but got the job done.

Tried to check in early, but was told they couldn't check in anyone before 1500, I was fine with that. Later went down to use computervin lobby, as I needed to print off something. Printer cartridge was empty, asked at desk and the replacement one was also empty. Good thing I didn't need to print off a boarding pass. Later in the evening I went down to the front and requested an additional blanket,as the weather had turned cold. Desk clerk went down hall and came back saying there were no guest blankets. I find it hard to believe a hotel with 80+ rooms only has 1 blanket per room. While in the room I checked the windows several times as it sounded like it was open, which it was not. Needless to say we heard cars and police sirens all night. Picked this location based on previous ratings and proximity to family meeting place, but never again.

This hotel was super clean and the staff was exceptionally nice. The only complaint I have is the television had very little kid channels. I went to plug in my Fire Stick and it appears there were blocks to keep me from plugging it in. Other than that, I highly recommend. Their breakfast was amazing!

Carpeting needed cleaning. It looked like a child had a great time with playdoh and there was a questionable spot on the ceiling. There was no stopper in the sink. Otherwise, the bed and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast area was amazing. The lady responsible kept it all clean and well stocked.

I was very disappointed with my stay. My room had been repair severe time and not well. You could tell it was not kept up well. Grab and go breakfast was expected but theirs was a joke. There was 1 choice of microwaveable breakfast sandwich, apples, danish and juice. No milk, cereal, muffins, bagels,cream cheese ect. These things could have easly been option. Nothing kid friendly. The pool was FREEZING. I have 2 little ones and they couldn't stand to be in the water. I only stayed in for maybe 15 mins. I choice this hotel for the pool and breakfast. I could have paid less money and gone somewhere with better options. I will know next time.

My family and I had a nice stay. There was a good variety for breakfast, and the room was clean.

We rebook this hotel because we enjoyed it from last year. This year it was very different. We experience pest in our bathroom. There were baby roaches inside and outside the tub. The sheets had stains on them. The elevator was temporary out our first night. I believe in good customer service. That was the only thing that saved them with this experience. The staff was very helpful and full of positive energy.
