Best Western Plus Atrium Inn & Suites

Stayed one night, called hotel direct they said they had no rooms, went online and booked it, get there the bathroom was dirty and toilet did work. The pillows were built for children , what you couldn’t give people real pillows? My husband wanted add that at least the pillows were fluffy.The breakfast was fine, just condensed and very busy, I would suggest going early. The only thing that saved the whole experience was the regional manager was there and actually cared about the hotel, she was so nice. No I didn’t go crazy Karen just told her about the toilet so they could fix it before the next guest.

breakfast is a nice perk, but with kids, it would be nicer until 10. Housekeeping comes too early and then does not return when room vacated. When we called for towels, they said the hotel was full and there were no clean towels available. We were there for 4 nights and our room was not cleaned.

We stayed here for a week while visiting family. It was in a great location near the interstate, very nicely decorated, staffed with pleasant and accommodating employees, and the rooms were extremely clean and well-kept. It was perfect for our needs and we'll definitely stay there again!

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times over 5 years due to location and at the beggining it was a nice, clean, and friendly hotel. No issues at all but in the last year it was not the best experience, and the last stay was absolutely the worst. At the check in had to wait for staff to apprear, and wheb they appeared, staff looked annoyed and acted unprofessional, such as chewing food. Room was clean, but neighbors were the problem. Room next door had trash sitting outside, and for some reason decided to discuss life all the way till 3 am, and another sent her young kids to run in a hallway at midnight so they could have sex, screaming loudly "oh, daddy". We left at 3 am after few hours of sleep, and you couldn't call front desk because staff was not found. Absolutely worst stay.
