They give a voucher for breakfast but everyone has to go together. The adults in our group like to go down before the kids get up and you aren't able to do that here. The door was hard to shut in the room. Otherwise a good location and decent place to stay.

Breakfast was a big highlight for my family. The Orange Juice was GREAT! The pool was much enjoyed by the kids but it was very disappointing to my 10 year old grandson that he could not sit in the hot tub with me like he does other places. I understand that places have different rules; but those of us that watch our kids should not be punished for those that do not.

Rooms are great, excellent. Check in was excellent. Problem with urine smell around the property probably from dogs. I stayed here because I also have a dog but only allow him to do his business in grass surrounding property. Second, while breakfast was truly amazing, it did not work for our family because we had one member whom it was difficult to make it down to breakfast area. We typically get food to take back to the room( we’re talking a banana and hard boiled egg kind of breakfast and not a plateful). I was told she’d have to come down to the dining area to get anything to eat. I could not bring her anything. With a dog along one person has to stay in room so this person did not get a breakfast and we bought it elsewhere this morning. So much for breakfast included. Last, coffee was empty when I tried to get a second cup of coffee and it was empty. Person at desk said she’d get more but after waiting for it, I had to leave as our party was ready to go. I had to buy coffee later when we filled up with gas. I earlier used the coffee in room but it was horrible (old?) and I couldn’t even drink it. This is why I gave a 3 overall rating . Loved the room sand ease of checkin and ability to bring my dog.

I love how they had an indoor pool and also a pool for smaller children. The only bad thing I can say is the inconvenience of having to walk outside on the balcony in order to get to the lobby where the pool was located. The food at breakfast was very nice and warm. I wish they had more selection of fresh fruit to eat.

Dead of Winter - Where in the Nashville / I-24 area, can you find a hotel with a working indoor pool and Spa? This Quality Inn (formerly Holiday Inn) had a great indoor pool, kids wading pool, giant hot tub, and even a sauna! All working, all in great shape. There was a bar in the atrium, that provided drinks in paper cups, to have by the pool. It was really relaxing and fun. The rooms were a bit dated, but very clean, functional, and well-stocked. …and where can you find this for under $100? Clarksville Exit 4.

I like the hours for the pool are open late, so the kiddos can swim and wear themselves out. Our room has a odd/sewer smell, which is faint, or would give 5 stars. Everything else has been great.

I was looking for an affordable room to stay while visiting family in Clarksville Tennessee. I was not expecting what I found! Two pools, one indoor, one out, and a separate hot tub! Very nice breakfast buffet included. There is a beautiful courtyard with benches for relaxing. Staff was exceptional, and kudos to receptionist Jennifer, who found me a ground floor room due to my handicap. The room was like a studio apartment, complete with couch and coffee table, refrigerator and microwave, as well as a separate table for laptop work. I was very satisfied with my room, and would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Booked 2 rooms for the weekend. When we got there they had put the rooms on opposite sides which was not convenient since I was helping my daughter with her two children. We asked if rooms could be put closer together and was declined. One room booked over looking pool and it was very noisy, with everyone laughing, talking and yelling until 11 pm. Ice machine on 2nd floor didn’t work. When we asked someone where to get ice we were told to go to bar. Went there and she said she had limited ice so she had to go elsewhere to get. There was a great breakfast buffet with many choices. It was crowded and they did not restock well. The kids had no milk. We asked so someone went in the back and brought one glass of milk when there were 6 people. There was old food on floor by headboard. Was not impressed at all.

The staff was able to accommodate us moving from the 2nd to 1st floor. We also had a family breakfast 14 people and the buffet staff set up two tables out of the way on the unused side of the buffet table - good for them and us. We had done this before and it worked well. Buffet was very good except the waffle station as the batter was to thin to make a waffle.
