Best Western Plains Motel

This was such a lovely surprise. We had an issue with our rental car and the Best Western staff went above and beyond to help us in any way they could - advice, local mechanic recommendations, using their own air compressor, etc. Their authentic desire to help made us feel like part of the family. The room was also big and clean and the breakfast was good!

The staff was so kind. Breakfast was fantastic and they keep small toys for the kids, it was very sweet!

This family owned hotel has a fabulous staff. The owner oversees that each room is perfect before you arrive. It is a great location to Wall Drugs. It is very special to stay at a hotel that has been in the family for 3 generations.

My family had a great stay here. The room was clean and comfortable. The gentleman serving breakfast was friendly and helpful. Would stay again!

This place is an absolute gem! It is older but has been expertly kept up throughout the years. Everything is well maintained and updated, fresh and clean and neat. The staff is all wonderful. Every person with whom we interacted was cheerful and helpful and genuinely seemed to enjoy their job. Given the opportunity to be in this area again, we would definitely choose to stay here again! It is too bad that more places are not as well taken care of as this one. The fact that it is family owned, and has been for generations, really shines through

Easy check in. Pool house was fun, my kids liked having and indoor and outdoor pool. Breakfast was good, staff super friendly and helpful. Rooms were a little dayed, but clean. Traveled with 3 kids, and wpuld stay there again!
