Nice stay for family with a kitchenette. The hotel is connected to Watiki water park indoor which is great and convenient.

The rooms were good size wise for a family. But it was dirty when we arrived with the previous occupants garbage in two places. The staff at “free breakfast” were rude and not helpful. The breakfast was awful and so limited. They didn’t even offer something as basic as toast. Coffee was out most days we went, cereal was out another day, oatmeal was out another day. When you ask a staff member if more food was coming they never knew! Not sure why they were working in the breakfast area if they didn’t know what food was available. All and all the worst breakfast I’ve ever seen at a hotel.
Water slides were great, a bit of an odd set up with getting wristbands upstairs through another hotel but you figure it out.

Loved our stay here. We had a full kitchen which was very convenient and the kids loved Watiki the water park. 10/10 recommend!

My husband woke up with bed bug bites all over his arm. Thankfully my kids didn’t get bit!

We arrived two hours before the slides closed. Only to find out that it was an additional fee for access to the water park. I paid more for the hotel think g the water slides were included. Also, I called the front desk to ask if we could get two queens instead of a king and pullout couch for our children. I was told we could not switch rooms with no explanation why. The breakfast was another reason we chose Residence in and we could not use it either since it didn’t open until 6:30 and we have to check out early. It would have been nice to have some food before leaving. The Bed was descent. The coffee was bad

The lobby is very nice. Breakfast is served during the week until 9am which is very early for those of us without kids on vacation.
The hallway smelled pretty bad. There is no housekeeping services unless you ask for it which we did not. We were not told until a few days into our trip that we could use the hot tub from the water park. The hotel does not have a pool. I kept going back for towels as needed so I can’t say how the housekeeping staff are since I felt as though I was my own housekeeper.

The only thing better about the amazing service here was the extremely epic rooms. They we well laid out with plenty of room. They even gave us amok I (G) rooms so our family could be together. The waterpark was a nice bonus for the kids.

Handicap accessible room, quiet considering the number of children in the building and near a highway, great looking room

As a "road warrior" I stay at all types of hotels. There is a reason the Residence Inn is top rated. Besides the spacious and georgous entrance, where there is more than enough room to social distance, the amenities make me know why I chose tjis hotel.
The most obvious reason we loved this hotel is how it made you feel special ajd at home. The luxurious shower with thick washcloths, the shampoo lathering up into a thick and rich treatment, the endless bot water at peak time, was wonderful.
In the kitchen was a dishwasher, full size refrigerator, plates, glasses, and silverware. The bed was dense and more firm but not hard. The drapes provided good room darkening ad well.
A couple of notes to know:
1. There could be a little more dampening with the hallway noise.
2. There is no private pool or hottub. The Watiki waterpark is adjacent, and connected through enclosed walk ways, providing no privacy. I enjoy a nice and peaceful soak on the road. At 4 pm on Mo day, when most places are quiet, there was over 12 people in the hottub, including kids.
3. Plan ahead to use the ourdoor fire pit and bbq grills on the larger patio!
4. If your room faces south the sunlight warms up the bedroom but the cool air has a hard time keeping up butnthe main room will be very cool.
We loved our stay and will be back!!
We will be back!
