In town for family gathering in the convention center - great service there ! Accidentally left a piece of technology behind - staff informed me as soon as the housekeeping staff found it. Thanks for having friendly honest staff on top of a comfortable room.

We had a very clean nice spacious room. Front desk check was helpful and pleasant. Good TV and WiFi reception, There was a roomy armoire for clothes. The halls were quiet and the rooms on our floor were also quiet! The pool area was busy and lots of familiy members enjoyed it! Breakfast was good, wide selection and nice clean eating area. We would refer friends and family to stay at the AmericInn in Chamberlain; the only thing I would tell them, is there is no elevator and I'd suggest they ask for a first floor room if there is any issue with stairs.

The motel was just fine for the one night we stayed. It was pretty quiet all night, which was important because we had a small child with us. We were pretty close to the interstate but I don't remember hearing traffic during the night.

Convenient & quiet, one night stay on our way home. Chlorine levels seem to be extremely high as myself & kids were coughing & sneezing during & after our stay there.

This hotel is beautiful outside and the entry way! The pool is really cool with a fun slide... BUT the pool area is not well cared for and a lot of rust is all over the pool area. The family suite is awesome! Very spacious and allows for a large family to be super comfortable.
