It was obvious that this is a well-run hotel. The staff are organized and get their work done with pride. Very clean, friendly, comfortable. The pool was a bonus, but be aware that the water slide is only open from 5pm-9pm much to the dismay of my children when we arrived at 8:55.

Hotel was a great location to explore the black hills with our kids, and grab a bite to eat in town, lots of options. We had a one bedroom two king suite, which was actually two rooms. Perfect for a family of 5. The breakfast was great, the back patio was nice to hang out after a long day exploring. Our only complaint is the pool chlorine was extremely high, made it unbearable to swim or sit and watch. My kids eyes were burning, and other guests said the same.

Room was clean and updated. Guy at the front desk was very nice. Pool with a decent waterside was fun for the whole family!

Stayed overnight for DWU graduation. The property was a great location for the school and to visit the Corn Palace. My family (me, wife, 3 kids) fit well into the room with the pull-out couch. The breakfast was good and had a lot of variety.

Rooms surrounding my room had drunk people loud and going in & out of their rooms most of the 1st night. 2nd night while family was swimming the sign kn the door said no food or drink but a crowd of males came in with case of beer. Did not swim but sat & drank.

We stopped at this exit unplanned due to the snow storm that hit. The interstate was closed all restaurants were closed. The hotel called around to multiple locations to see if they were open. The staff ended up cooking all guest breakfast for lunch. They made sure every one was warm and safe. They continued to check on road conditions. They went above and beyond for all the guest even tho they were stuck and tired missing their families. We are very grateful for the hotel staff.

Real nice property. Bed and pillows were awesome. There were noisy kids (< 10 years old), even after 10 pm, so that sucked the quiet out of the stay. The property had signs posted about "quiet hours" between 10 pm - 6 am, but they evidently were not enforced. They either stopped running up and down the halls after 11 or I was so tired I fell asleep even with the noise.
