Comfort Inn And Suites

The stay itself was amazing. The breakfast was great for our family and very convenient. It was also a great hotel close to multiple shopping stores and food places. I gave 4 stars because the morning lifeguard (Sun 9/29) was very rude and acted like we were an inconvenience. We were the only ones at the pool and she had the audacity to ask if we had late check out because she had already been out of the pool multiple times and hadn’t even been watching over the slide but for 15 minutes. It opened at 9 am and she was ready leave at 11 am. She came in with a nasty attitude and acted like she didn’t even want to be there. She argued with me about my son’s ability to swim after one time of him going down the slide. At one point she was on the phone in the lobby area and was rolling her eyes watching the pool. When she came back in she was angrily cleaning tables and pushing chairs into tables. I highly suggest to this young woman to find a place of business that she enjoys working or come with a better attitude.

It was a very nice hotel. Busy time of year making things crowded. Very cool pool for kids.

Convenient, restaurants close by, water park looks great for kids

Clean , quiet and comfy beds. Easy to get to. Nice breakfast area. Think they should have it open more. This is an older Comfort Inn. Hallway carpets are best and not looking clean. Pool area looked like fun for kids.

This was the perfect place to stay with a family. We did not use the pool, so I can’t say anything about that. The room was spacious and clean and the breakfast options were great. I would stay here again.

The hotel itself was good and clean. Check in was easy, and the location was great. The pool area was in some disrepair, but the website said it was going to be taken out of service for repairs next month. Only issue I had was there was what appeared to be a family gathering in the pool area. They did a poor job of watching their children, and would take chairs away from tables if the person sitting there got up to use the slide or go to the bathroom. Other than the party, our family was pleased with our stay.

I reserved a 2 queen bed accesible for my wife which is in a wheel chair my daughter and i got there and young kid came to the desk gave a regular room went to room to find out. I payed extra for the room to be accesible and came back to desk to show the front desk person what i payed for and he said well sorry i only have a king bed is all. I payed extra for the accesible one! The shower had a major crack in it also so didnt feel safe to shower for 3 days

We enjoyed our stay. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The pool was a lot of fun for our kids.

The staff was super friendly and accommodating. It was very busy bc of Sturgis this week but rooms were super clean and kids enjoyed the pool tons! Super great 3 nights, will def stay here again.
