Rooms very very large and worked great for our large family. Bathrooms were a bit unkept, could use some updating. And pool is much smaller than pictures lead on which makes for a very crowded area on a weekend. Overall, good stay though.

Loved being able to enter from the parking area. Rooms were large and very comfortable. Quiet as well with being right by the main road. Splash pool & slude were great for the kids and hot tub was larger than most A

This hotel is well maintained and easy to find. Each staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. Bonus points from our teens for the afternoon cookies/snacks! Our room (a suite) was plenty of room for a family of 5. Breakfast was well stocked and available right up until close. The only downside we had noted, was breakfast ends at 9. Appreciate the large breakfast area for gathering and space for the teens to be teens. Well done!! We will happily stay again.

Very noisy, large children’s group running in hallways in evening and making a lot of noise, couple in hallway having a loud discussion at 2:30 am in morning. Need walk-in showers for seniors that can’t lift leg over bathtub for shower. Time to lighten color in rooms—browns darken it. See you are going to blue carpet squares which will brighten. Should have been more control on the youth group running the hallways and abusing the elevators.

The most disappointment part of the stay was that the big slide was not working and the pool was very cold. Our kids love to swim, but they did not want to swim in the cold water. Our room was also dirty and the window was cracked. Yes, we were still charged full price for the stay.

The hotel was overall great. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was one of the best I've seen from a hotel. My kids enjoyed the pool area and we were thankful that it wasn't very deep. The hotel must have been replacing mattresses however, they were everywhere in the lobby and in hallways. Our room had a fry and some other trash still on the floor. But other than those few things, it was a good stay.

I recently stayed at this hotel for 4 nights with my 6-year-old son. The staff were welcoming, kind, and professional. Our room and the entire hotel were clean and nicely decorated. My son loved the pool play land area. It’s great for kids! We were a little disappointed that the big red water slide wasn’t functioning, but we still had a great time overall. The outdoor courtyard is a lovely area. Breakfast was delicious. There were quite a few options, and the woman who managed the breakfast was very sweet and kind. There were a few minor things that were beginning to show a little age, but overall the hotel was wonderful and we had a lovely stay. I highly recommend it!

We chose this hotel because our children wanted a pool to enjoy. We check- in and go to our room to change then head to the pool to discover the pool is being remodeled and closed!!!! This was the whole point to our trip!!! Aweful that nothing mentioned this on Expedia!!!

Thank you so much for offering in room recycling bins and reusable shampoo, conditioner and body wash containers! I'd love to see some different plates than the styrofoam like ones at breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful, sonics even offered to carry my heavy bags on the way out. The water park was nice but very expensive. Prices were high for kids and I know everyone is short on help these days but there were VERY few lifeguards and one at a slide never even looked up from her phone as I went up and hopped in.
