When we got there the elevator was broke and there wasn’t hot water. The staff did their best with the situation and it was fixed by the end of the next day. Luckily we had family down the road to shower. We’ve stayed here before and will again, this time was not pleasant.

The hotel is under construction and looks nothing like the picture. The elevators were not working so we had to carry all our luggage and a baby up 4 flights of stairs which doesn’t seem like a big deal until someone with a disability books a room. We were very unsatisfied

Clean rooms and felt safe for our family and visit. We enjoyed the free breakfast that had lots of options and waffles which the kids really loved. Felt that the rooms were well maintained and the staff cared about our visit
